I purchased a chair with footring
I purchased a chair with footring, based on my online search. Almost immediately after the purchase, I got a call back from the store and they enquired about the use, to understand if the footring was really needed.
I followed the recommendation to just buy the chair and use it to decide if the footring was needed. And the recommendation was correct! They not only helped me correct my order, but left some money on the table by reducing the sale size in order to give me the right thing for my need.

Ordered new chair on Sunday night
Ordered new chair on Sunday night, had a phone call first thing Monday morning to see if they could deliver on Tuesday. The sales person was very helpful, has a few queries and the deliver was easy. Would recommend this company to anybody, great experience.

Item still not received by person needing it, although ordered on 3.3.26.
Sent to wrong address in error although delivery address clearly given.
Little in the way of apology from the company.
On informing company of the error was told I'd be contacted next morning with an update on correct delivery but wasn't. Had to contact again myself.
