This is my first time using Backersinfo and any service like it, and I have to be honest: I've received a positive return on my investment. Working with Backerinfo was not only cost-effective, it was easy to do! The staff is very responsive, and made sure to pass all information by me so I would have final say on the ads going out. I got metrics delivered to me after the campaign and I think it really helped my success. I'm using them again this year!

Fantastic Team. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I came across many services however Backers Info pricing was affordable. I went ahead with the $50 plan. Fram drafting email template to filtering target specific backers, Backers Info is definitely the best for kickstarter promotions. Chloe was fabulous. She went above and beyond all times, from suggesting sample backers list and then bringing backers for our project. These are the experts you want on your side. I used them for one of my Kickstarter campaigns (Nira X: Reborn) and they did a great job of getting the campaign out there (thought by the time I came to them the project was already funded). So when I needed a lot of assistance with my newest campaign "Tales From the Asylum" (campaign ends on Dec 27, 2023!) I went to BackersInfo. Their team helped me put together a streamlined marketing campaign and they were open with who and how many accounts/people they would be able to market to on my behalf. I had hoped for more people and they worked with me to ensure that my project was a tight as possible. My current campaign is still in the works but I do feel that they had a strong part in getting the project in front of as many eyes as possible.

Backers Info offered me a free taster of their marketing efforts for my indiegogo campaign. They managed to get 5 completed sales. So I am happy with their service and will use it again.

The team is great at what they do. We've used them multiple times for our campaigns and they have delivered every time.

They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.

That BackersInfo could not secure any backing for my websites had more to do with the websites than the efforts of Backersinfo. The best that can be said about a business is, when the effort does not succeed as expected, the business honors its written policy about refunds. To their credit, the folks at Backersinfo honored their commitment to me.
