Great quality for long standing shoes and also fast delivery along with great customer services

Staff in store was brilliant! He was very vigilant in answering all of my questions and offering me as many options that are designed for chronic low back & hip pain like mine. After physically trying a few products out, I found THE ONE. "VLUV" a yoga ball! Works for me. Instant relief that other Orthopedic padded cushions and a like have simply never hit! The material feels lovely and it was a very quick set up process at home. Payment & delivery was quick and simple. Would 100% buy again either for myself or a gift for another. I've had this item for about a week and not needed to re-pump it up yet which is great and it has made a huge difference to the hours I spend at the computer. 10/10 recommend!

I am still using a chair and adjustable height desk I bought more than a decade ago. I also recommend trying out a newer product, the Mobiliser, which has been helping the stiffness and aches in my back due to ageing.

I visited the Back in Action Marlow store a few weeks ago as I had been thinking about getting a kneeling chair for some time, but I wanted to try one first. It was well worth the visit. The lady in the store was really very helpful and let me try lots of different options. I left an hour or so later with a Varier Variable and have now been using it in my home office for a few weeks. I love it! A great purchase. I highly recommend the Back in Action Marlow store and the Varier Variable.

We've purchased several items from Back In Action over the years, including two very comfortable "Stressless" chairs. On our last visit we bought an adjustable pillow and a "Healthy Back Bag" which is a sort of rucksack which is easier to carry than a standard rucksack. The expert advice from Polina was much appreciated - she has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Went in search of a desk chair as have been suffering with back pain from seating all day. Went to Back in Action as we’ve had a sofa and rocking chair from there. Brilliant service, great advice from Polina and since I bought a kneeling chair my backache has gone. Really recommend the shop.
