Thé macbook I purchased came very fast and the condition of everything was perfect my battery health was at 100% and I’ve had it for about 10 days and it’s cycle is at 33 so far everything is perfect i’ve purchased many things from backmarket and everything came in perfect condition. I would recommend backmarket to everyone.

The phone is a great deal for a refurbished product. It came flawless, and seems to function perfectly. I would recommend back market to anyone.

The phone arrived in a timely manner the phone was in awsome condition gift it to my son for his 15 birthday and iphone 16e and he loved it. It was an upgrade from the iphone 11 he had. The price was reasonable way cheaper than paying for it brand new. I will be buying another phone soon from this site.

Delivery time and the quality of the product

Prices were reasonable when you compare them to other markets. Delivery was prompt. The products were clean, work well and in good condition.

Needed to upgrade from my iPhone 11, because apples IoS was acting stupid, so after 7 years I decided to take the plunge into a newer piece of technology. Backmarket succeeded in making the process easier and affordable!
I chose the iPhone 15 Pro fair condition and within 2 days I had my new phone. The phone arrived in pristine condition, and transferring my data was seamless via the cloud. I am in the process now of getting some money back for my old iPhone 11, which Backmarket also initiated the trade in. Not only do I get some money, but it doesn’t end up in a landfill. That’s great!

The I book I bought works perfect just as good as a new one only half the price I’ll be buying more things from Black market. I’ve already told some of my friends.

Stay away. I purchased a second-hand iPhone 14 Pro for around $600 last year, expecting a premium device that would be reliable for years. Instead, shortly after the warranty expired in March I started noticing the phone overheating and the battery performance declining.

I have now been told that the warranty has expired and that I will need to pay for any repairs myself. When I checked the battery health, it showed 76% maximum capacity and the phone reported that the battery was significantly degraded. The phone heats up so much I am even scared to have it near me.

The timing is extremely frustrating, as these issues appeared almost exactly around the point where the warranty ended. A premium phone like an iPhone 14 Pro should not be reaching this level of battery degradation so soon after purchase, especially when it was sold as a reliable second-hand device.

The whole purpose of buying a second-hand phone is to get a good-quality device at a more affordable price, not to spend around $600 and then face the prospect of paying for a major repair shortly afterwards. This experience defeats the purpose of buying second-hand in the first place.

I understand that warranties have limits, but customers should also be able to expect reasonable durability and support for a premium device. I’m sharing this review so other customers can make a more informed decision before purchasing and don’t find themselves in a precarious situation later, having to spend even more money on repairs than they might have spent by choosing a brand-new phone in the first place.

Update: I followed BackMarket’s request below and got back in touch to allow them to review the matter. However, the outcome was simply a repetition of the original response, saying that they can’t help as the warranty has expired, and offering me a very small discount.

Despite their public response stating that they were willing to help even though the had expired, there was no genuine reconsideration or resolution to the matter. My experience remains the same and I hope this feedback helps highlight potential issues customers can face with this company.

The delivery was fast and the quality matches the description. This company seems very honest, so I’ll be returning in the future.

I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad older generation for about $25 to $50 cheaper than other websites about a week ago and it came fast and works great.

I highly recommend Back Market! It's a great way to help the environment by keeping more electronics out of the landfill, while saving money on a great phone that you know has been thoroughly vetted and expertly tested. This isn't like getting a used phone on Craigslist where you really don't know if it's in the condition they say it is; what's going on inside it; or if you can return it if it doesn't work like it should. Back Market has all of that covered -- including a *free* warranty that's better than most *new* phones. It also came faster than predicted, without extra packaging. Oh and great battery life. Kind of a perfect experience. I sound like an ad, but I'm a real person / customer! and I will totally buy from them again.

Back market is my go-to place for iphone upgrades. I don’t need the newest phone and I don’t mind their refurbished phones as long as it’s classified in good condition. The prices are good. Delivery is quick. And, the trade in offers for older phones (even with cracked screens) is unbeatable!

This company is a huge consumer scam. Do not be fooled, this is a google bought company. Worst customer service ever. Once you give them your money, they do not care. My package was due 3 days ago, however, they show through UPS, the package was delivered. Now Friday, told to check back Monday evening. This is unacceptable and I want my money back. Still have no item and no customer service.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 came in a white generic box with a non-oem charger, the watch itself was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box. It was shipped out very fast and delivered on time. The watch is in perfect condition, looks brand new, not a single scratch or imperfection that I can see. Easily paired with my phone and added to my mobile account. I ordered on 7/10 and got it on 7/15 due to the weekend. Great transaction!

I have never owned a laptop so I started researching mac books. Since I didnt have the money to go right to apple I decided to give back market a try due to the excellent reviews they had and chatgpt also had great things to say about them. After comparing a bunch of Mac books I choose a 2021 Mac book pro M1 pro 16 inch with 32gb and 512 storage. I paid 100 bucks more to go from the 16gb to 32gb which chatgpt highly recommend. I purchased the fair condition one. Well it showed up a few days later and honestly I cant even tell if it was ever used. It looked alot better than fair. Powered right up and I checked the specs and battery life and everything checked out perfectly. I installed facebook and youtube and just installed light room since I purchased this for my photography. I also picked this particular Mac book because it has a SD slot so I can take the card out of my camera and put it right into the Mac book. When I tell you this laptop is fast im honestly impressed with the speed. The screen is excellent. I would highly recommend Back Market to anyone seeking used/refurbished tech. Very impressed with the quality and the price. 5 star so far!
