The phone I purchased was in pristine condition despite it saying fair The phone worked perfect is practically new and got it for a very fair price

My package came in a nice amount of time when I got the package. The box was not beat up. It was in good condition the the actual device was nice and in the condition that the Back Market said it was good First experience

What makes the experience great is that now that I have purchased a few devices I can honestly say I have trust and how these pieces of technology are inspected. They truly think about the user's experience at the end of the day, and are very detailed and exactly what is wrong with each level of condition for devices. The prices are appropriate and honestly make it a great experience to buy refurbished. I can't think of any other way to buy.

The iPhone 15 plus Blue (Good) came with a flawless screen and the overall phone is in great shape. The software works great and is fast. The battery capacity came at 85% and I’m getting a whole full day of battery life. Glad’s everything working well.

I have bought 3 phones and 1 computer through back market. Every one has worked great. They got involved when my phone was lost thru UPS. They were very concerned and kept after UPS until they found my phone. They went over and above normal service from huge companies.

quick, exactly as advertised, and affordable! I got a replacement airpod - it arrived within days, took about 2 minutes to set up and pair with my original airpod and case, and works perfectly. It was also much cheaper than a new pair, and I couldn't see any evidence of previous use on it whatsoever.

The device I ordered works extremely well and it's appearance is nearly flawless (for it being in fair condition as well) and was packaged nicely. Price was also good

phone works fine,I will need time to reach all the features but, I'm not on one every minute. Saving half of the purchase price is good. Older phone had some issues but I'm sure it will work fine for someone else.
When packaging the phone we did notice a small crack in the back by the lenses.

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max and it was exactly, or better than, described. I can't find a scratch on it, battery was at 88% life and it was a snap to set up and get activated. I looked at eBay also, but I found the prices and product quality to be better on Back Market. I also received my order 2-3 days earlier than expected. I couldn't be happier -- perfect experience!

The website is good. The phone is good. Delivery went fast. Im still not sure of the battery life. I've had it for about 3weeks and the battery is already going down fast and kinda draining but I guess it's still a good phone.
