The ordering was easy, my device arrived quickly, and it was in the condition I selected. The case of the laptop doesn't have anything to do with the function of the insides!

It helped out because I didn't want to buy a new phone, instead I bought a gently used phone. It looked new. It works like new. And they have lots of accessories to add to your purchase for your phone. It is a Samsung phone, previously owning a Motorola, so it was an upgrade. It was delivered relatively quickly.

Great company!!! I was a bit nervous that the premium s23 ultra wouldn't actually have samsung oem parts... but after I received it, and checked part numbers and saw the screen looked right, I was very pleased...!!!!!😃 (I had had several bad experiences on ebay, and finally decided I wasn't going to buy phones from ebay anymore...) anyway, everything is working great, camera excels the s22 ultra by far! Loving it ❤️!!!!!! Thanks so much

Loved they had unlocked phones for a great price bought my phone last saturday, was suppose to be here no later than the 23rd never arrived turns out it was never shipped nor was the seller responding to anything from backmarket sono phone unfortunately and a week and a half of my time wasted. Plus backmarket wanted me to do the trade-in process prior to getting my new phone. I guess you get what you pay for these days. Customer service rep Isabelle was helpful to a point.

Black market made it real easy to compare phones. The refurbished prices are reasonable and the phone I received was better than expected. I received the phone within two days after ordering. I have already recommended this too other friends.

My first experience with Back Market is worthy of 5 stars simply because and in part due to a completely negative experience with another much larger company that has multi-thousands of sellers, (shall go nameless.)
I digress; I was in almost desperate need of a phone and a small budget to work with. After some basic research, I landed on a Samsung A16 - Unlocked phone. Back Market indeed had exactly what I was looking for, in the condition I preferred. The best part for me was the phone arrived in under 36 hours, for a nominal fee of course. Very pleased with the phone and with the service. I will look to Back Market first next time.

I struck gold when Geeks && told me about this site. The product I bought was fantastic, double thumbs up and all around high fives. It was not the product I needed for me project and returning it plus my refund was seamless. I will keep on buying from Back Market.

My only issue was the delivery. It was shipped via Fed ex and took over 10 days to arrive.
