This website is easy to navigate. The prices are amazing. You literally get what you see. So far I've purchased three times and every item bought is still working with no issues.

I love my refurbished iPhone 15pro.
It was easy to set up especially with directions provided by Black Market.
My only issue was the delivery. It was shipped via Fed ex and took over 10 days to arrive.

Good service. Shipped very quickly. Good work on the laptop. Works better than just fairly! Havent had a complaint! Great vender and great site.

The phone was perfect except I got excellent but the maximum capacity was kinda trash it was 85 for an excellent I expected better

I purchased a cell phone from Back Market. It stopped working properly in a couple days of receiving it. I contacted them and followed their instructions to fix the problem, which didn't work. They sent me a return label and I sent it back. They claim it was damaged, which it was not when I shipped it. They won't refund my money or make a claim for me with UPS.
Don't trust them. If you but something from them, take very clear pics of anything you send back. They dont care at all. They say whatever they need to do they can avoid a refund.

Super fast shipping and honestly, it’s basically brand new. The case it came with has some stains but I don’t really mind. Overall great experience I would 10/10 recommend!

Product better than expected and fast delivery.

iPhone 13 mini was received in pristine condition and works flawlessly. The battery was at 89% health which is fine considering the price paid.

I have used back market multiple times and have recommended to various family members and friends. They have the best deals and I love there trade in deals too. I ordered 2 phones ( IPhone 17 pro - excellent and an IPhone 17-good) both work amazing. It just took a little bit to transfer over information but I believe that’s normal for a new phone.

I have never made a bad purchase thru Back Market. I've bought laptops, iPads, iPhones, Samsung phone and Apple mini computer and have never been disappointed. The products always arrive in better condition than I expect and the savings are great. Will continue to buy over and over again.

The delivery was super fast.The item was also well protected. I'm happy with my phone the only thing I wish the company could have done better was to put a better battery in the phone rather than a cheap one. It drains a lot of faster than usual.
