Great Devices and awesome Customer service
This device too (I’ve bought several here over the last 10 years) was as described — in premium condition and working perfectly. It was delivered very quickly. The price was more affordable that on other refurbished device web sites.
A SPECIAL NOTE:
I had ordered another iPhone before this one, and when I was to receive it, it was delivered to a package station, because I wasn't at home. During pickup at package station, I found out that the compartment didn’t contain my package. (If this happens to you, take photos of everything.) The delivery service must have lost my package (DHL Germany). I had no way to prove that I didn’t receive my device, since it said my package was there for me.
The customer service at Back Market was incredible. They investigated, and in the end, I got my money back and a 5% discount for the next purchase. Big thanks to customer service representatives Jasemin, Umit, and Landry for handling my case!

I’ve bought several items from backmarket and have always been happy. The last item though was sent with a watch charger that only worked for 6 months. I don’t think it was a genuine Apple charger.
