Sent a Dm before asking a question and I got no reply.

Excellent quality and quick service. Helpful owner which you can contact if any enquiries and a clear display of wide range of items available on their website. Their instagram profile is great to stay up to date with new products so definitely keep an eye out. I would recommend and purchase again

The communication from this company is terrible. They have ignored my emails and texts - only responding to my earlier trust pilot review. The conversation we had about an item’s postage not being paid for by the company turned out to be unrelated to Back to the Vintage - the package in question was from a different company.

The jacket I ordered from Back to the Vintage NEVER arrived, and I still have not received a reply or a refund, when I ordered the product months ago.

Sent countless emails and messages on socials about a return I sent back weeks ago as I hadn't received a refund or had any contact whatsoever, it's now been weeks and I've still had no response from anyone from my messages and no refund from my returned item. Appalling service.

UPDATE: Refund was given after getting in touch and raising it with Klarna.
