I have bought on this shop several times and all went smooth, until last order which had resulted in claim, due to product being damaged. Claim handling was somehow slow and took almost 2 weeks to solve, but eventually I received new item and small compensation in form of refund on the postage. Im giving 4* due to the longer waiting time, however Im eventually satisfied and will use this shop again in the future.

I ordered two products, Esbada Toilet roll holder with brush and Habo soap dispenser. During the same week of delivery I got information that Habo can't produce more this year but upon this information, Bad.no not only refunded me but also provided a fantastic customer service and fixed a solution immediately. Extremely happy with Chris (Salgsleder) and his management of the case. Would definitely recommend to buy from them.
