Receiving orders promptly and replying to my enquiries thoroughly.

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The bag took weeks to arrive and seemed to be shipped from the US, not the UK as expected. When it finally arrived, it was torn at the front and had almost no protective packaging. It was such a shame as perfect bag for travelling but torn all the way through. After a delay they did provide a full refund. This could’ve been avoided with better packaging.

The jacket was not suede as advertised but a very poor imitation. I would avoid shopping at this online shop. I will not be sending the item back as costs prohibit this and I very much doubt I would get a refund so throwing good money after bad. Rubbish experience!

Purchased a ‘high quality leather jacket’ as per description on their website. It arrived a bit later than it said on their website but the main issue is that the jacket is NOT leather. It’s 50%pu and 50%polyester (written on the label). It looks like plastic, cannot pass for leather. When I checked their return policies, I decided not to bother, although the company is registered in the US, the returns are to be made to China. Now, it would cost me more to send the jacket to China from the UK plus they deduct 20% shipping and handling costs. So sadly I was a victim of scam and am posting this as a warning for everyone to avoid. By the way, the reviews you read about the products are also fake. How can the US and the UK governments allow for this sort of thing to happen, isn’t there some kind of regulation to protect the public from being cheated?

I was unaware this is a cheap website from Chona or would not have parted with my money. I spent £120 on a leather holdall which I haven't received. The item has not been delivered to my address. There seems to have been a mix up with postal addresses incorrect Street name for post code yet Badaci say they have 'proof of delivery'. Delivery to where ( which street and district) and by which delivery service they wont tell me. I have no way of checking with the delivery service service direct as they wont name them.

Ordered shoes and they were terrible and fake nothing like the pictures. Tried to return and had to pay for shipping to China. They still won't return my money. Do not order from them !!!!

The clothes are small.
They take a long time to arrive.
They expect you to pay return to China.

I ordered a shirt which never arrived. Despite several weeks of emails, which made little sense., I have neither the product or a refund. Basically I have been ripped off. Avoid ordering anything with them unless you are prepared to throw your money away.

I ordered 2 pairs of relaxed shorts. They arrived a month later. They were way too small and I contacted them but rather than send me a shipping label they told me i would have to pay for the return....to CHINA. And then they would give me a refund. Or my other option was to get a 10% refund and I can keep my shorts that are way too small for the heck of it. Avoid at all costs. The shorts look cheap and like they had tags torn out. Cheaply made and I paid more than theyre worth. Their customer service is laughable and terrible. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 items, 2 were delivered. All I got from the CS was check with your delivery depot when the actual order status states only 2 of 3 delivered. I’m missing my shoes that were £50, I’m furious. Avoid at all costs.

Claims their cotton shorts are 100% cotton but the shorts I received aren’t 100%percent cotton. The large pockets are made out of a nylon or polyester type of material. Emailed them and they claim it’s all cotton, but clearly the pockets aren’t cotton and are some kind of synthetic material. Not accurate with their descriptions of the clothing and lie to make sale. Would not recommend a company like this.

I would like to say, I more than likely would enjoy the clothing due to the threads being 100 percent cotton. But couldn’t say that either because they haven’t came. I’ve also tried and contacting this company and I haven’t received a reply regarding the order. Spending 90 dollars and not knowing where it went is frustrating. And disappointed in the support side of this. Still hoping my order comes in the mail. But in the event this clothing comes in, I would like to just mention that the projected shipping estimations are off.

I ordered a few things for my husband as a birthday gift. Shipping was on time. Not sure why the other review says bad customer service. Dana was very helpful and responded quickly

Purchased product from company, company never sent product. Upon inquiry, badaci.com replied too bad contact shipping company, which is extremely odd and very unprofessional. After six or seven emails and extremely unprofessional responses, I was finally able to get the credit card to reduce the charge. Clearly this is a one man band company out of another country with exceptionally unprofessional business practices stay away and do not order.
