I live in rural Scotland and this sometimes causes issues when ordering items online. However, all my queries were answered promptly, the site was easy to navigate and the videos helpful. The chair arrived on the day specified and exactly as per my order. I am very satisfied with the product and the service provided.

I was lucky enough to able to take up the try before you buy option on the chair I was intrested in. The time and care taken by the staff at Badbackchairs meant that the chair I was choosing was likely to be the one for me. For instance, it was suggested, because of my height, I should have a short stem. The chair I had was adjustable in just about any way you might want.

The chair comes pre-assembled, all you have to do is place the chair section onto it's base and the chair is ready to use.

I am quite tall and so it is usually quite difficult to obtain a suitable office chair for myself which is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time.
