Worst couch I ever owned

Worst couch I ever owned. The showroom model looked and sat nice. The actual couch was just sloppily made anf looked like something you would get for free from Marktplaats.

Had service guy from Kruit en Kramer and ones from a third party at my house. Both confirmed that the couch is no good.

No feedback from neither Kruit en Kramer nor Baenks….

Looking at their website, it appears that they just design and market couches that are produced god knows where.

The whole story started early May and it’s now end of October

Please take your couch back!!
