Bought a bike from them and within a few months things started to go wrong: loose parts, screws breaking etc. Not impressed. Would not recommend. My previous bike lasted 10 years with minimal maintenance, this one has lasted one year with many problems already!

This was a few years ago

This was a few years ago. I took my Christiania bike to have the front brakes checked and possibly tightened. When I picked the bike up they said that nothing could be done about the brakes, but they did fix something else, and it cost me 1600 kroner. The mechanic had gone home, so he couldn't explain it exactly, but it they'd replaced some kind of beam that was close to breaking point.

I had 2 small kids, so of course safety is paramount. I paid the 1600 kroner. However, I think that this kind of way of doing business is simply unethical. I still don't know what they replaced, and the bad taste still lingers.
