Ladies don’t buy from Baisi Wigs
Ladies, please do not buy any wigs from this company. This company is a fraud. They do not want to refund your money or give your money back even if you’re displeased and do not like the product they will refuse and just go back-and-forth trying to convince you to keep it even if you don’t want it you just want your money back. They’re taking pictures from other legitimate companies and post them so it can look like it’s actually their wigs when they’re not when you get the wigs actually in person they look dry and dirty. The wigs look synthetic they don’t even look like human hair or real human hair and they don’t fit your head or anything. I’m encouraging all women, including black women, especially black women not to buy from this company because it’s based in China you’re not getting no legitimate wig that’s made from a good company. Everything is coming from China so it’s gonna be hard for you to even get a refund or get your money Back. Do not buy any of these wigs please.

THERE IS REALLY NO RETURN POLICY!!!! If you buy expect to keep it. I was not satisfied with the product I return it in June 2025. It is expensive to return so if your still going to buy you had better get the return label an d hope that you get a refund. They kept the product and I asm still trying to go through my credit card company to get my money $388 they owe me. They are in China your package has to clear customs and takes a month unless you want to spend $100 to send back the merchandise. The wigs I received was nothing like the picture.

I haven’t received a wig from your company in order to know the quality of your wigs which I hope is legitimate.But they appear quality online. I like your large selection in style & colors and wig caps (a lot of full lace). I pray this is a company I can trust. So I can use them again.

DONT DO IT- UGLY,UGLY UGLY UGLY WIGS
If there was an option for no stars, they would get Nothing, I spent over $200 ordering wigs in January that were NOTHING!!! nothing like the picture, throwed together looked like something a 5 year old would do. I ordered the kinky twist wig, total mess and the salt and pepper pixie cut that looked like cat hair, shedding and was a total loss just looking at it. They never gave me a refund or credit for the ugly wigs just advising me to style the wig and it would look better, but you cant style a wig that's not even cut right and i told them that was there job. they will send you a nice email like they doing something to correct it, but they never do

I purchase a Baisi wig right before the Christmas holidays. When I received it I immediately tried it on. This wig was to large, the color was jet black, and did not have a define style. Take the wig right out of the box I was not satisfied with the quality. When I call to get the QR code to return the wig I was given every excuse in the box. I will not be purchasing any wigs from Baisi again.
