The team were incredibly supportive of finding a ring I had seen previously in the window and having one made personally for me. Particularly Fenella who co-ordinated it all and kept me updated. Friendly professional service and I would strongly recommend.

Me and my wife to be brought our weddings rings from Tanya and she was incredibly helpful in us choosing the perfect rings. We are delighted by the service by not just Tanya but all the staff at baker brothers who made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend them highly.

I dealt with Stef who understood what I was looking for and she constantly kept in touch finding me the watch that I wanted.
She is very proffecional and friendly as are the other members of staff.

Another visit to Tanya at Baker Brothers and their world class Rolex showroom, where at once you are immersed in their passion and expertise of the iconic brand. A wonderful experience and memorable occasion. I would not consider buying anywhere else.

Great service. Helped me get exactly the watch I was looking for

I had a great experience at Baker Brothers when buying a watch. The staff seated us down and were extremely friendly, they talked through all the options well and were very knowledgeable and kind throughout the purchase process. We were offered drinks when we were sat down as well. Overall, really impressed with the service and it was probably the best I’ve received at a jewellers! This was my first time at BB as I spotted a watch a liked in the window display, so had no idea what to expect. Would definitely recommend for a personalised and friendly service approach!

Clare has been exceptionally helpful in her service, providing helpful advice and helping me find the right watches for right occasions in a very timely fashion. She has also made me feel very comfortable when at the store which is why I see myself continuing this relationship with Baker Brothers for all my future watch purchases too.

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings from Baker Brothers and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Fenella, who helped us, was so kind and made the experience so fun and not intimidating whatsoever. This is the first time I had ever been into a jewellery shop to make a purchase and I was nervous but I needn’t have worried as we were in very safe and capable hands.
