I had a fantastic experience at your store your staff were very polite and helpful on a very busy day for you being your one day sale after I had chosen the items I wanted to look at I was taken care of by your watch specialist Paul who was extremely knowledgeable and we had a great conversation about watches which added to the experience, I could tell Paul has a massive passion for watches something we have in common.In the end I bought two watches for gifts which made me slightly jealous ,so when I’m ready to pull the trigger on my next timepiece Baker Brothers will be the place no doubt..

On arrival, the shop exudes quality and outstanding customer service. The kind of old fashioned courtesy and service one would expect to receive from a shop like Harrods. Additionally, the double door entry system gives the added comfort that one is safe whilst sitting in the shop. Overall an excellent experience..
