Didn't advise of costs or risk of loosing costs
This company had no idea of the costs or procedures of litigation in Switzerland. They moved the goal post more than once and left us 4000 euros out of pocket with no chance of recovery. We was passed around the office to multiple solicitors who all blamed each other for the cock up.
I would not trust this company with your litigation matters in Switzerland and would suggest to avoid this company if you don't want to get burnt fingers!!!!
