The dress fit on me very well and that I got so many compliments

Dress is awful, ugly, not made to match the dress. It was supposed to look like. It’s baggy and it’s not stretchy like it’s supposed to be the back is a cut right overall is a very, very very cheaply made dress. It looks like someone just threw up sequence all over it.

It did not look like the picture. Neither did it fit like the picture; the shoulder piece did not stand up as it should.

Dress looked the same as the online photo but the fabric was subpar and the fit was way off. I’ve tried returning but they won’t allow it. They say they’ll give me 50% of a new order but that doesn’t solve the problem. They blame me for ordering the wrong size but I didn’t. The cut is at least 2 sizes smaller than US sizes.

I had a dress custom made for a 5'1 women, and it was made for a 7ft woman, they said they made it right. I have a photo with my my 6 ft husband and it is taller than him. There is no way I could walk in this dress.buyer beware

Absolutely beautiful. Bought it for my office Christmas party, so I haven't worn it beyond trying it on.The zipper was a struggle, and then I realized that being one shoulder only I could pull it over my head while zipped up. Never getting those ten minutes struggling back.

This was my 1st time ordering from your company and it was a Great experience. The customer service agents every step of the way until my gown arrived on time for my niece’s wedding. I received so many complaints about this dress. I loved, loved my gown. I can’t wait to wear it again.

I want to say thank you to BallBella for such a wonderful experience. I ordered a customized dress for my 26th birthday shoot and was ultimately nervous. I needed it with a month and was in constant communication with the vendor about details of the dress. The communication from the people of the company was more than amazing and timely. They were attentive to detail and effective in their communication. The dress arrived on time and with every detail requested! They turned a blue dress from their website into a red custom piece! Ballbella made my daughter’s homecoming a dream come true. We ordered her dress a month and a half before the dance and they made her dress and shipped it so fast. (We paid for fast delivery)The dress fit her perfectly. I did not have to get any alterations. The customer service and communication was also perfect. They answered any questions I had and responded back to me in a timely fashion. Thank you so much BallBella! We will see you again.

I got the dress on time and it is pretty. That’s why it got any stars. I will not order from this site again. I paid extra for custom fit. I am 5’4” and it fits a 5’9” person who is about 2 inches larger everywhere. When I contacted the company with a picture they insisted despite the picture proof that it for! Then they wanted me to send measurements again when I had already sent them upon purchase. They didn’t offer return or refund. Had to pay a seamstress $90 to take it in and cut off length. Difficult with lace. Sizing is way off. They should have sent at least the sizing fee back.

This website is a fraud, scammers The showcase dresses from reputable companies in their websites it’s a scam please don’t fall it. Refund me my money, communication is zero, delivery is late and customer service is worst. What I ordered and received for $770 looks like Halloween custom nightmare you will not pay a $1 for it. When I reached out to them with my concerns about the order they told me they will compensate me with $50 since it was over 24hours that I received the delivery. I explained to them that I was on vacation when the order got to me and even sent my travel tickets as a prove but no response. Ballbella refund me my money . Spread the news I am seeking justice.

I picked this company because they have great reviews on here. However, I had the absolute worse experience with them. Very very poor customer service, follow up and response. They took 10 days to response on a processing and shipping question. I am planning my wedding this is unacceptable! Actually unacceptable under any circumstances. And given its a company based in China caution is needed .. Buyer Beware. I can't speak on dress or fit because I called my credit card company and they took over and i Order elsewhere! Please use caution when dealing with this company...

Terrible company. I ordered a dress for abot 300 dlls and it did not fit me, poor quality sizes are way too small specially if you have hips be carefully if you do order, also if you need to return it or change it, it will not happen they offer you to keep the dress and give you a 1% of what you pay for it. It's a total scam. They fo answer quickly but only to their convenience.

I received my dress and it was absolutely amazing. The quality, the colour, the fit was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this site and will continue to buy from them.

I ordered my second dress and could not be more happy.The quality is great, the fit was on point based on the measurents I sent in and the dress looked like the picture !!. The service was great the Ballbella team had great communication in replying to my messages and follwoing up when they needed details from me. The dress I ordered is for my weddiing on 9/27/25 and I cannot wait for my fìance and everyone to see me in my dress.

complete scam site-- they are 100% getting cheap dresses from other sources and selling them. if/when there's an issue they reply with hostility, very unprofessionally, and do everything they can to avoid a return or refund.

Horrible company. I will never purchase from them again. My dress came late and the customer service is awful. You can forget a refund. Please don't waste your time on this company. The worst.

Warning the site shows beautiful dresses which are not their dresses. Ballbella tries to recreate the dresses and they do not come out like the dresses are advertised. The material is poor quality the sewing is poor quality all dresses ordered for my wedding were not the accurate sizes and ran a minimum
Of 2 sizes smaller. This was a complete nightmare along with trying to return the items I still have not gotten a remedy. This site needs to be shut down and they truthfully state the nature of their business

Nothing like the picture. The dress was supposed to be gold and black with a translucent bottom. The material was itchy orange. It looked nothing like the picture, the dress was cheaply made, instead of shimmer we got toule. I would not recommend getting anything from this place. My son's prom was ruined because his dates dress was a train wreak
