Pleasantly Surprised!

This dress was hands down “the one”. The quality was much better than the others considering both craftsmanship and fabric. I’m a pretty solid size 8 or medium and it fit perfectly. The lace-up bodice design allows for a great fit. I am 5’3” and wore 4” heels, and the dress was still about 2” longer than ideal, but I’m accustomed to longer clothing items being too long because of my height. There is a trim around the bottom that would need to be removed, the length hemmed, then the trim replaced. I didn’t have time for that so I just picked it up a bit when walking. I did replace the belt with one that had rhinestones and pearls and had a bit more sparkle. The belt that comes with this dress is pretty but it has seed beads. The dress has cups sewn into the top so you could wear it without a bra if desired. It also has a strap on the inside that hooks in the back like the back of a bra that keeps it secure while you lace it up. The dress is a true white and is lined. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

Love it!!

Honestly surprised how much I LOVE this dress. I wasn’t sure how I would like the small cutout/tie back situation but so glad I went with this option. Quality material, fabric is breathable, lightweight but not sheer or see through and fit as expected. I am pretty short, so the dress was of course a bit long, but with straps being adjustable and wearing some tall wedges it worked out better than I expected. I would absolutely say it’s worth the money.

Scam website. Terrible customer service.

Scam website. Ordered a linen suit and received an extremely poor quality suit that looked nothing like the color on the website. When I emailed to initiate a refund, they started to negotiate a refund instead of fully processing my return. They didn’t even send a return label. I had to pay $47 to ship it back and I don’t even know if they’ll ever give me a refund. Stay away.

Absolutely beautiful!

Everything about this dress was stunning! It fit perfectly. I was initially worried about the bust area since I’m larger chested, but it fit just right. The dress is very long and puffy, so keep that in mind when purchasing. It’s worth every penny! The quality is excellent, and the intricate details will leave you in awe. Shipping was also quick.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a flower girl dress by request of bride. The color options were "champagne" or "white" & dress came looking nothing like photo. I was told "your picked champagne and that's what you got" - but the photo didn't show that! I threatened to call my credit card company and now suddenly there is an option for "same as picture" color option. I was told I can send the dots back for $50 or just accept a 50% refund. Just stay away from this company.

Deceptive Advertisement & Poor Customer Response

I ordered a US size 10, non-custom made. I received the dress on 6/20/24. The dress had no mock turtleneck, the train was excessively long, the measurements around the collar of the dress was uneven, and it was too long to walk in. I immediately emailed customer service about not receiving the dress in the photo in the size requested along with the problems with the dress. Although I'd previously received an email from the company telling me that photos would be sent to me after the dress had gone through "quality control," I never received any pictures. If I had, I would have been able to tell them, the dress was not as advertised. After emailing my complaint, asking for their mailing address to return the dress, I was asked to provide photos, I provided several and haven't received a response yet from the company. I expressed that my wedding was approaching soon, and still no response. This company doesn't have a phone number listed or an address to make returns. I suspect I will have to pursue this company legally to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The don't care about their customer, only taking their money for a defective unwearable product.

I ordered a beautifu dress that cost…

I ordered a beautifu dress that cost $349.00. The color and size are wrong. They made the dress in a lighter color then what I ordered. Their solution is give your dress away! They will gas light you and NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. There's a tarif on products from China so they want to refund me $130.00 + 10% restocking fee for a dress they screwed up on. This place is horiffic. Don't waste your money. They do not care about refunding you or fixing your order. Additionally the dress took 5 weeks to make because I called them multiple times. It was supposed to be ready in 2 - 3 weeks. Stay away from this place. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Worst customer service PERIOD

I wish I could give this zero stars because this company is HORRIBLE.
I bought my wedding dress from them and it did not fit, no big deal right? Just send it back? HA ! Good luck. I have over 10 emails going back and forth with this company about trying to send this dress back and they want me to get it tailored, which they would give me a partial refund, or they want me to sell it to someone else. My wedding is in 16 days, I truly do not have time for this. This was not a custom made item, this was a very standard size 8 dress and they have gaslit me into thinking it is my fault and they really don’t want me to return it.
Stay away from them, they are HORRIBLE!

Paid to have my dress customized

Paid to have my dress customized, and it was not customized per my specifications. Also, the mesh on dress did not match my skin completion at all—I can’t wear it. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks and a different person responded every time. It was clear they had not read the previous messages, so I kept having to repeat myself and waste my time. Although they did not customize the dress to my requested specifications, they refused to give me a full refund, telling that the best they would do is 50% so they could still make money. Additionally, they would still charge me a 10% restocking fee and I also would have to pay to ship it all the way to China. They also told me to just get the dress fixed on my own. When I told them the tailor said the cost to fix what Ball Bella messed up would be more than what Ball Bella would refund me, they told me to “just give away the dress.” I paid $210 for something I can’t wear and won’t be getting that money back. Bad company, bad product, and bad customer service. I regret ordering from here.

Simply horrible experience. Worst quality!!!

Simply horrible experience. Paid $399. For a dress and it’s falling apart and the absolute worst quality. When emailing the company they responded with telling me I can get a partial refund or keep it and get it tailored. So I am supposed to fix a dress that’s falling apart at more cost to me? Or take a portion of the money and send a dress back and still pay for shipping cost. Currently I sent the dress back and spent $45 more on shipping and they are still going back and forth with me about returning my money.

Bad Quality Dress and Bad Customer Service

I’m currently going back and forth with them trying to get a bigger refund than the partial $30 refund they are trying to give me. The dress I received in the mail is horrible quality. Not only did they not state that it’s a two piece on their website but the top of the dress is completely see through and doesn’t match the picture on the website. They told me to change out the cups on the dress, no it doesn’t matter what you replace the cups with it, the dress is still see through. They then told me to take it to a tailor, no I’m not taking it to a tailor to fix their mistake and remake the whole top. I’m writing this review so others are aware that they don’t care about their customers and aren’t honoring their return/refund policy.

Not even the dress of the picture

Not even the dress of the picture, I had to rush the order and add the express shipping because the dates that was on the page did not match when you put the order and I got the dress days before my wedding and didn’t look like the one I purchased, if I could I would add the pictures, also in the page doesn’t allow you to rate the orders! So dissatisfied and so stressful not to have the dress and looking for a new one days before your wedding it’s such a nightmare.

Stay away! 0 Star!

If I could rate this company 1 star, I would! I ordered a 1st dress on March 21st. On March 26th, the Manager reaches out to advise that they don’t have the fabric to make it.

I desperately look through their site, found another gown, verified with the Manager that the material was in stock and placed my order once she confirmed on March 29th. Production for the new gown is 12-15 business days. Today is May 1st, 23 business days later, no gown and no tracking # for the gown either.

I’ve been begging the Manager since April 22nd to ensure that the dress leaves ASAP as I absolutely needed to receive it by today. I’ve been given the runaround but again, no gown!

I’m traveling for a black tie wedding with NO DRESS! I’m a plus woman and can’t easily find a replacement in store. How is this even possible after being so diligent for a month!? I was about to order my vow renewal gown from them if this experience had gone well. Obviously, I will NOT.

Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM BALL BELLA! Not worth the frustration nor the embarrassment of not having a dress to wear for your occasion.
