I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom on March 28 and was informed that it would take 12-15 working days. Three weeks later the dress never arrived. I would not recommend this company. They are horrible and their customer service is unprofessional.

My daughter wore this to a formal event for our ministry. It was a bit too low-cut, so we added some fabric, but she looked absolutely stunning in it!

The dress arrived looking completely different than how it appeared on the site and for the past 5 days I have not received a response from customer service in order to get a refund for a 250 dollar dress. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I ordered a dress for this place since March 22nd and paid extra money to have it shipped faster and here it is April 13th, 2024 my daughter's prom is April 20th, 2024 I emailed, message and call these people on whatsapp and can't get an answer to whether I'll have my dress on time...all I'm getting is I'll receive a tracking number when the dress is shipped no delivery date, no nothing

Did beautifully on my dress! I customized it and it still arrived super fast and was done really well!! Communicated well over email and let me know updates on my dress before customizations were finished which was nice:)

The dress I ordered was not what I received. It was a completely different color and style. The description states the dress has sequins this dress had glitter all over it that was falling off when I took it out of the bag!!
I contacted your company to return the dress at your cost and for you to issue a full refund. I was told that they wouldn’t issue a full refund because it was a custom order??? It was simply an order from your site not a custom order. I was also told to donate the dress because shipping cost would be too much. Terrible experience with even worse customer service. A company that doesn’t stand by their product or word!!

Ive purchased merchandise from this merchant. The product I received was not as seen on the website. When we requested a refund, there was no cooperation from this merchant. I had to give at least a one star when leaving a review, but they honestly do not deserve that.

We are so excited for the dress we received from Ballbella! They are accurate precise timely and have excellent customer service! The dress came exactly as pictured and we are grateful to have gone with the option! Highly recommend for other occasions!

I ordered my wedding dress on January 13, 2024 I paid for rush order and rush delivery received it on Friday January 26, 2024. Being my first time ordering from this website, I’m completely satisfied the dress was made with my measurements, the quality is there and I’m a happy customer. I’ll be rocking my wedding dress in couples of days. Customer service responded to all my worries.

Dress is beautiful. We ordered custom and we must've been off on some measurements because it doesn't fit. We have time to figure out how to fix it. Would order from again.

This dress exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect! The only minor issue was that, even with an underskirt, it was quite long. However, the material of the dress is thick, high-quality, and incredibly soft. I absolutely love how it feels when I wear it, and the corset tie in the back allowed for easy adjustments. But the standout feature for me has to be the pockets! I didn't even realize it had pockets when I purchased it, but they are large, secure, and practically invisible to others. This dress was the best investment I made for my wedding on a budget. It is truly worth every penny and more! Don't hesitate, buy this dress now!

I spontaneously decided to order this dress, not expecting much since there weren't many reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how stunning it is! The photos truly don't do it justice. I briefly tried it on to check the fit and immediately took it off, but even in that short time, I could tell that the quality is excellent. The fabric is thick and the dress feels well-made. The packaging was also impressive. It did take about three weeks or so to arrive, but considering the price, it's definitely a steal!
