Proactive Customer Service
I’m really focusing here on my main Ballymore contact Tonya. She has helped me over the last number of years awaiting completion and has handheld me through the 1st month of occupancy. What impressed most about Tonya is her conscientiousness and how quickly she replies to my questions. Add to that a proactive attitude, a can do outlook and a friendly demeanour. She is truly a lovely person to deal with and a great asset to her company.
Completion for new development
Just completed here in our new flat in Brentford. Overall experience over the past 2.5 years was very positive despite some delays with our building. We've had regular updates on our apartment, and the customer liaison team (Emily) was wonderful in making sure that our voices are heard and helped with finding workarounds/solutions where possible.
Kitchen Drawer Repair
Eddie was quick to fix the problem with our kitchen drawer that had been nagging on for some time.
Just completed and very impressed with the apartment/development
We bought an apartment off plan in The Brentford Project and the process was nearly 3 years before completion (this was to the original planned timescales, with just a minor delay).
During the pre completion phase we had regular updates, lots of progress pictures,some social functions and also onsite visits which enhanced our experience and helped to start develop a community feel. All our questions etc. where dealt with efficiency.
As the completion date approached there was flexibility on dates which helped alot as we are based overseas and it made the process less stressful and we could focus on the excitment of moving.
We appointed a surveyor to produce a snagging report, which turned out to be very minor and any issues were rectified promptly.
There was also a detailed home demostration just before completion which was very helpful with full supporting documentation.
We completed 2 weeks ago and since moving in it has been first class, dealing with the concirege, completions and after care teams make the process very smooth. All staff contact points have been professional and friendly. Our overall experience has exceeded expectations at all levels (apartment/development/staff contacts etc.).
Our prime point of contact during the total 3 year process has been Emily D from the Completions Team and we want to make a special mention and thanks as Emily was faultless in the service and liason, going beyond the call of duty, providing a real 5 star experience.
We hope the Ballymore experience continues at this level!

Somehow there was a leakage from upper floor and we only spotted the water mark on the bathroom ceiling lately. Aftercare was fast to respond and Eddie was extremely helpful. We don’t know what’s going to happen as the 2-year developer warranty is coming to end. But Eddie is the man gets the job done.

Sharing our experience
We feel that we have got to know Ballymore pretty well over the almost four years between putting down our deposit and getting the keys to our new home. Inevitably (because it is construction on a large scale and complicated site) there have been some hiccups along the way but we have given a 5* rating because at the end of the process we are delighted with the quality of not just our flat but of the resident services and wider public realm that Ballymore has created around it. This really is place-making of a high standard and it's great to feel a part of it. A special shout-out for the Customer Liaison & Completions Team (and in particular Emily) who have all been super-helpful, professional and friendly throughout.

The aftercare team are always so helpful. All my interactions have been with a charming gentleman called Eddie who comes and either sort of problem out himself or get somebody in to do it so thank you.

Completions Team
During the period between exchange and completion we were supported by Tonya . She worked effectively together with the sales team, concierge and property management team for a meticulous handover. Training was given onsite to ensure we knew how to operate all the features of the apartment . This was followed up with a PDF manual and handover certificate. Queries regarding finer details such as parking permits have been answered immediately . We are thrilled to be living in our new Ballymore home . It is everything we hoped it would be .

Sandy's outstanding professionality
It was a regular evening, when I had gone to collect parcel from my ballymore reception desk at Hayes, when a delivery guy got his bike inside the premises and parked it near the lift to Navigation building. It not only was restricted but also posed a health hazard in case of an emergency. What surprised me was Sandy, who was at the reception desk, promptly observed and mitigated this in the most professional and polite way possible! It's rare to see someone in authority to be kind and considerate to the delivery man.
