Never be nervous about buying high quality plants from a company that display high quality in every aspect of growing, packing and delivery. the way the plants were prepared, the wrapping round the base to feed soil and some moisture in and the canes taped to top of the container to ensure no movement during transit shows a great attention to detail and the plants in a better condition than I normally get from a local garden centre... which I now will never use again because Ballyrobert delivery perfection and deserve repeat business

I've had many plants from Ballyroberts. Always very good, strong, healthy plants. Value for money and well packaged. They arrive quickly too!

I've never had a plant fail and appreciate the cultivation notes and description provided alongside each plant on-line.

I only ordered one geranium plant from Ballyrobert, but I was touched by the fact that Neil wrote a little note on the invoice, enclosed a little packet of sweets, & the plant was wrapped in a compostable bag.
Little things, but the personal touch is important to me.
The plant was in good condition. Will definitely use them again.

This nursery has been a great wee find. First time customer, the plants are well packaged and dispatched really promptly. Plants themselves - arunca dioicus, healthy and happy already in the tubs that I'll be able to put in the back of my border. This will give gentle privacy screening for the summer that I'm sure my lovely neighbours will equally enjoy.

Well, once again I was extra surprised to find 10 super healthy plants pleased to be in their home new Welsh home. You have to be tough to live here, and that's why I love Ballyrobert plants because they have not been pampered.
This is the first summer order I have made.... Whaoo!

I had been looking for a long time to buy the 3 plants I ordered for my perennial flower border and finally found them all on the Ballyrobert Gardens website
I placed my order and recieved notification of their despatch
The plants arrived beautifully packed and very healthy
I must say one of the better mail order nurseries I have used
A little brown paper bag was also enclosed with my despatch note/planting advice and a little pack of Love Hearts it made me smile
I will be using the paper bag for seed collecting later in the year

Ballyrobert Gardens have provided fantastic plants and fantastic service - all my plants were really carefully packed so arrived in very good condition and have done really well. Staff have also been very helpful when I had a query. Totally reliable and would not hesitate to recommend.

Other retailers should follow suit with packaging. All eco friendly and so tidy. No nasty little plastic wrapped specimens here. Plants in excellent condition and good sized specimens. Second purchase from site and will not be using anyone else from now on.

This is a great supplier of lovely quality plants.

This was my first purchase from Ballyrobert Gardens. The delivery arrived very quickly, and I could not believe how well packaged the plants were. The support stakes were taped to the inside of the boxes and bags were wrapper round the pots to keep the compost in place. The plants were so fresh and beautiful when I got them out, not a leaf out of place and all were non the worse for their journey. I highly recommend Ballyrobert Gardens.My plant was ordered, paid for, posted and received by me very quickly. Communications were very good.

I had only one plant on order, but that was dealt with efficiently and despatched with care.(That last bit reads like a farewell to a pet!)

Made two orders for plants at the same time. One from Ballyrobert gardens and one from Dobies. Ballyrobert sent the plants out within two days with jokey remarks about why the plants might not look their best (if dried out stick underwater). Plant turned up well packaged and in decent condition the following day as against Dobies that took a week and had just been thrown in a box. Small is better. Will order from Ballyrobert again. Wondering if the "stay safe" comment was pandemic related or Monkshood related.
