Worst packaging I’ve ever seen, tyres wrapped and twisted into themselves several times plus they’re covered in sand/grit and literally has mold all over them.

The product I ordered was delivered on time. That’s where the good experience ended. The product itself is of really poor quality. 3 emails and 1 online message to get it returned have all gone unanswered since. Based on this experience I wouldn’t use this company again.

Edit: received a text message from this company on 18th May telling me they had contacted me. I sent them screenshots of my messages to them with no responses from them. I got no answer from them. I’ve given up on trying to get a refund or response.

Only a portion of my order came to my place in Australia. The reason they provided to me was the items didn't make it through customs (a bit bizarre since the order was only $500 worth) .

Whilst they refunded the items that didn't come, in the end it wasn't worth the $109 shipping fee to just get 2 out of 6 of my items. They didn't reply when I suggested they send me the items that didn't arrive, or refund part of the shipping costs.

Well, these things happen, but I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend international buyers to do so as well. Their good deals may come with a catch!

Ordered a Superstar Components road bike saddle in purple bought purely to go with my bikes colour scheme.

Turns out it’s extremely comfortable well made and light and cost me £10.00 which is insanely cheap.

Arrived Tuesday after I ordered Sunday evening.

Over the moon with this seller and will be using them again.

At november 2024 I ordered tires from this store, and they arrived cut with a knife. I contacted customer support, but they refused to issue a refund. The same thing happened to my friend — his tires from this shop were also cut. Very disappointing experience.

Bought £120 worth of stuff.. About 10 items.. Mtb tyres, bike lights etc. All arrived just as ordered, in a couple of days over Xmas period by DPD. I reckon this seller is as good as it gets. Definitely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Just bought a genuinely £70 item for £20 paid very reasonable p&p and it was delivered within two days. Will definitely be my go to bike part supplier from now on .

I ordered a 400 € group set for a bike.
paid 50€ for the delivery and was asked at the reception to pay another 150€ for custom clearance that have not been announced by the web site.
package refused and then never returned to the sender (if I believe the inefficient customer service) even tough a tracking is provided.
never got the package back , never been reimbursed.

Ordered from Banana Industries 3 or 4 times now, Fantastic range of stock that isn't available anywhere else, fantastic prices, and super quick delivery. Love the fact you're not dealing with a big corporate, and the eco-friendly/recycled packaging is a super nice touch.

Goods arrived on time but not in original packaging. Just a plain paper bag.

Assuming the best, they are oem and genuine in which case that should be stated that the products are not full retail.

At worst, they could be counterfeit...

After contacting their support, it was explained that the item was oem and I could return for refund if I wanted. I chose not to as time was limited. However, if it had been correctly stated on the website that goods are oem and not retail I would have purchased elsewhere..

Product good as expected.
Service good.
Speedy delivery.
Postage could be cheaper.

Recently got the photochromic lenses for my riding glasses. Bang on and quick delivery. Cheers.

Bought a fairly pricy product through this company as it was one of the very few retailers selling this particular brand and it was up for a decent price. We ordered it and took into consideration a bank holiday and worked out by the advice on their website that we would have had it by that Friday which is when we needed it for. It gets to Wednesday and there has been no communication with the order or delivery progress. We emailed 3 times with no reply whatsoever so I decided to use their online chat system which they replied to within 10 minutes and advised that their delivery driver was on holiday that week so we wouldn't receive the product until the following week. Also said to us that the guy was on holiday with no signal but then said he had been trying to contact us which I can't see how he would have been able to without any signal? Anyway, I said to whoever it was on the chat that I understood the circumstances and everyone is entitled to their holidays especially in a small business but just would have appreciated a courtesy email to advise of the delay. Straight away they became very defensive, rude and argumentative when all I kept saying was I understand the situation, it just would have been nice to know what was happening and when we would likely receive the product. They said they didn't appreciate my comments, this wasn't going to work out and they were issuing a refund. I advised them I wanted to keep the transaction going as we had no other options for the product we wanted but they just continued to ignore me for days after that until I gave up.

I think the way the whole thing was dealt with was extremely unprofessional (as you can see on previous bad review responses, unprofessionalism isn't uncommon for them). Their customer service is appalling and would suggest anyone considering paying large amounts of money to this company for a product, to do their research beforehand.

Shipping was very fast for my order. However the order was incorrect and only one item got shipping, instead of two.

I have emailed 3 times with no response back and fear they will not get back to me and rectify my order.

Would not order from them again as the communication and service is terrible.

Good company, great value and service. Had a picking error with my order which was immediately rectified with no hassle. I have the correct chain in my hand which is about to go on my fixie build.

Bought Tubular Tyres from them but were not right as they did not come with extensions for the valves so had to return them.
This Charlatan company, refused to refund the entire cost holding onto the delivery charge despite there being nothing in the terms and conditions to say this and after I had agreed I would pay the shipping costs which were higher to return the items.
They then had the affront to say I had ordered the wrong type of tyre which is a downright lie, and refused to enter into any discussion.
This company is good at taking your money, but they are not interested in you at all once they have it, and as someone who has dealt with many companies and been in charge of customer services, this companies ability to deal with complaints is a total disgrace.
You may think this site is cheap, and it is because the service is appalling, the goods are at best old stock, and their complaints procedure a joke.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IT MAYBE SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE TO GO ELSEWHERE BUT YOU WILL BE THANKFUL IN THE LONG RUN, AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A DISGRACE TO THE INDUSTRY AND WOULD BE BETTER SERVED IN LIQUIDATION
