My son bought a one-piece figure, he does not play with these but poses them on a shelve, he went to pose the figure and one of the movable joins snapped off. I have contacted Bandai and the seller with all the details and evidence they requested, but both state the other is responsible. These figures are expensive and they should refund for faulty goods.
Bandai has actually good plushies and products and general. Whenever I see a Bandai product it's way better than any other company.
Dont buy from these people. I wanted too cancel s pre-order expecting it too be a simple press of the button on the site but no. First I had too email them and then they charged me a handling fee despite the item not being shipped yet! I lost $60 from this, my bank and PayPal were useless in getting my full amount back.
So dont buy from this site unless you want too lose money
