Today is May 12, 2022. I purchased two items from B&G and they were shipped by "FedEx SmartPost" on April 8, 2022. They were put on the truck for delivery on April 21, 2022. Today it is still listed as "out for delivery" by FedEx. Only the shipper may contact FedEx about SmartPost delivery. I have contacted B&G customer service at least five times using the email on their website with the order number and tracking number so they can contact FedEx. I have not received ANY reply at all. My first communication about this was May 5, this is May 12. No one appears to be home.
Today, May 25, I finally received the replacement product. That was about 10 days after one of my half-dozen emails received a reply.
I am glad to have the product, but remain very disappointed in the service at B&G. I have raised the rating from one to two stars because I did receive it, finally, though it should not have been that hard.

Provide more device installation and compatibility
The device installation and compatibility should be presented with the product. For example, the RF25, it should be shown what NAC unit it can work, what drive, NMEA200, etc.
1st - show the functional benefits,
2nd - show how it can be installed, configured, family compatibility and usages
3rd - to buy
Provide devices features comparison - EX: NAC3 and NAC2; or Vulcan vs Zeus, etc.
Haven’t finished the setup yet but…
Haven’t finished the setup yet but installation instructions could be improved. Diagram shows rudder sensor going into NAC3 unit but unit wiring has a network plug which can’t go into NAC unit.
