Easy to use website, good quality vinyl banner, good communication, arrived on time.

Absolutely appalling experience with Banner Buzz.
I ordered two display stands and was never provided with a clear link to upload artwork. Concerned, I contacted their team and spoke to a representative who reassured me that graphics were included. He sent me a link, and I promptly uploaded my artwork.
As my event approached and I still hadn’t received any proof, I chased again, only to be told, just two days before the event, that I hadn’t ordered graphics at all.
This left me completely exposed. No display materials, a damaged impression for my business, and zero accountability from Banner Buzz.
To make matters worse, I am now struggling to secure a full refund despite being clearly misled by their own team.
Poor communication, misinformation, and no ownership of their mistake. I’ve been let down badly and, in turn, let my firm down.
Avoid. I will not be using them again.

Paid for 'express delivery' with delivery intended for today, 5th June. Order still shows as in production, and customer support can provide no update on expected delivery. Do not trust this company to deliver your order.

Very pleased with the quality

So I ordered and paid the extra for expedited shipping. Expected Friday. They processed the order a few days later and the second it arrives with the courier I get a notice it will arrive on Monday. Customer service did not reply. Very frustrated. I understand if a delivery goes wrong but if you don’t dispatch it in time to be delivered I’d say that’s false advertising.

Oh and they print in India so shipping takes a while. Avoid.

Avoid this company !!!! Used them before and had issues then but that was a couple of years ago so I thought I would give them another go. Big mistake . Clearly not based in the Uk so communications often come back in the middle of the night which delays responses and adds days and in this case weeks . I provided them with my requirements , they missed things off and it wasn’t right so back and fourth , back and fourth we go each time with an amendment it takes at least 24 hours because the people you are communicating with are not in the uk.

I was clear from the start when I needed the order and all the way through . We finally get to the stage that I approve the order and again I stipulate when I need it to be told that’s going to be another £90 odd pounds for the courier !!!!! I’m sorry but all of the delays were down to their poor communication and attention to detail .

Order cancelled and they will never see another penny from me. If you are reading this I would suggest you look elsewhere for your needs.

For balance when I used them a couple of years back I had similar issues in the time it took but when the product turned up it was absolutely fine.

not delivered in time as they print in India even though paid for timed delivery and no help or refund offered have to now get a much increased priced item as an emergency as they are unable to deliver on time AVOID AVOID and use a UK supplied item

Printed on black runners, chose their custom black. In reality this is a smoky grey (at best). Had a ridiculous back and forth where I said had I realised their black wasn't actually black, I would have used their custom colour option. I suggested adding hex codes to their standard colours to help inform future customers. They suggested that I could have used their custom colour option 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Awful customer service, seemingly unwilling to cancel and refund my order - The smallest available size ended up being too big for our design leading to stretching and distortion, so I reached out to cancel the order and have it refunded. The design has not been approved and the order has not been processed, so it should be fairly simple, but I have spent all morning between phone calls and emails dealing with a group of people that seem to be making as difficult as possible. After plainly stating that I would like to cancel and refund, and do not want a redesign, I am being told that "there is no need to cancel my order" and "we just need to redesign". No. I don't want to. Please just cancel my order and give me my money back. Scumbag business tactics.

I paid £35 for express delivery, and the day after my delivery was due, the banner was still at an Airport in India. I have now had to order another banner from a local company to guarantee delivery for the "next day"

Paid a huge amount to have it delivered on Thursday 14th , got delivered Monday 18th, trying to get refund out of them is like pulling teeth , won't use this company again and suggest anyone uses another printing company if you value customer experience.

After reading some of the reviews, I was very apprehensive whether I would receive my banner in time.
I need not have feared, as it arrived early and I am over the moon with the quality of the final product, especially considering that the photo I sent them was a screenshot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT USE this company, the customer service is absolutely rubbish. Placed an order, never received an acknowledgement, tried to login, used my email address, said a code would be sent by email, never received the codes, tried lots of times, called the help desk, was promised emails with login details, never received these. They have my correct email address as have been receiving junk emails from them. Have asked for a refund on the order so we shall see how long this takes.

What a sack of Croc, suppose to delivered 12th May, they didn't answer my email, I rang them and they said its was still in the design stage on the day it was supposes to be delivered ffs, jokers, call centre in India, head office in Atlanta Georgia, yet they are suppose to be a UK company, seriously, so I cancelled the order, avoid these cowboys like the plague, you have been warned...

Quick service. Helped with the design of the banner. Really lightweight in the backpack. Delighted.

AWFUL! Paid £80+ for urgent delivery only for our order to be shipped from India and arrive late despite the company being registered as a UK business.
The support team were rude and dismissive and unable to offer any kind of help or refunds/discounts.
The item quality was fine but very disappointed with the level of service.

My awesome banner just arrived and it looks great! My order was 2 days delayed but customer were so kind even offering a refund to delivery (which I declined, in the current global situation these things happen). I had ordered well in advance anyways. Cannot wait to show it off at the up coming women's football match!

Great user experience and service provided. Spencer Jones was super helpful. Waiting for the final product to arrive.

Update: Disconnect and conflicting communication caused delay with this order and eventually needed to cancel the order.

They missed emails and had inconsistent responses within their team but wanted to shift responsibility onto us and refused refund at first rather than addressing internal processes and failures.

We got a refund in the end but took so much back an forth with them to communicate.

Terrible and would not use again. Didn’t respond to any of my emails when I asked them to change the banner size and then I told them to cancel it before they even made it because it wouldn’t arrive in time because they took so long with everything. Just a terrible company overall and customer service is very poor. Wouldn’t use again

Bought 2 window decals. read reviews on their site all glowing, should have read the reviews on trust pilot, my error.
said they were delivered on 23 March, they were not delivery attempted but taken back to depo. no further delivery attempted to us at least.
Chased with Banner Buzz replied to me with wrong name and an incoherent message about it being delivered to 'the Doc'. Queried this and they said they opened an enquiry with the carrier. waited 3 days and received an other incoherent message about closure. 4 weeks in and no resolution, have asked for a refund or resend.
Can not comment on the quality as we have not received our order.
Correspondence has been so unclear. Will not be using again
