As somebody looking to sell a gaming PC, this business looks perfect.

However, it seems impossible to contact the company. Having provided all of my PC specifications, it advises that buying is suspended and to check back soon. Not knowing what "soon" is, I phoned the company several times today and there is no answer and no option to leave to message.

It's also not possible to contact them via the web feedback form as 'Captcha' check is broken, preventing you from submitting an enquiry.

If you guys are still in business, please do reach out as I'd like to sell you my gaming PC.

So the company are operating, but are having their premises updated. Perhaps a note on your website would prevent uncertainty!!!

Martin was very patient with us and he spent a long time sorting things out on my wifes newlaptop. We are a domestic customer at an age where technology can be stressful.

Sold them a Motherboard, CPU and Memory 2 Weeks ago and they haven’t paid me. Good luck trying to get in contact with them. I would never deal with them again.

Excellent service from initial telephone call (looking for help with sons laptop) to analysing what the problem was and fixing it! Really impressed with everything and will definitely be recommending them to others and keeping their number in my phone!

Bits and pcs are great. I went there today as I had a virus on my laptop and was very worried about how to get it removed. The computer man told me it would be ok and after a few minutes he had sorted it out. I was very relieved as I thought I would have to buy a new one.

I can't comment on this company's tech wizardry because they haven't done any work for me, although that was not for want of trying on my part. Sadly, I just couldn't find the magic word that opened the portal to getting their attention in the first place. They do seem popular though, so that says a lot and I'm sure their technical skills are immense, but I'm here to comment about something that's also important: their customer service skills.

A week ago, after getting swamped by pop-up virus warnings on my laptop (I thought they were probably scams but I wasn't sure), I called this company and left a message.

So far so good.

But then...nothing. My message went unanswered.

A week later, the silence is still deafening and, obviously, I’ve been elsewhere and my problem is sorted.

Yes, there are many companies who don't worry about letting a potential client go, don't answer messages, don't follow up on conversations, and apparently are so wealthy and busy that they're happy not to bother with any form of customer service whatsoever. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who's getting seriously tired of that attitude.

Just a suggestion, chaps: why not pick up some customer service basics?

After some initial confusion with pickup, everything else was smooth. The quote I was given was good and after the evaluation the quote was adjusted slightly, I was still happy with it. They gave me a very detailed e-mail with all the test data.
The payment was almost instant, I was very surprised how fast it was. I was initially unsure if I should use BAPCs but now I know where to go if I ever have any spare PC parts again. Cannot recommend enough!

Great service and, to judge from the stream of people coming in and seeking help, a key part of the Lanark community. I went to look at pre-owned iPhones and got information on the pros and cons of those in stock, but wasn't put under any pressure. Once I had decided to purchase one, all the data from my old phone was transferred over on the spot. Although that involved a bit of a wait, I was very reassured to walk out with a fully functioning new phone. I was promised back up if I had any further questions or problems, based on previous experiences of the shop, I am confident that this is indeed the case.
