Bellissimo Barazza

If I had to describe my Barazza products in one word it would be Bellissimo.
Although I've gained over 15kg in weight since I bought them, I can't stop cooking for my family and friends just to show them off. They really do make cooking fun.
For me the mark of a truly great company is how they deal with after sales issues. When they were made aware I had a problem with my combi oven they instructed a company called Joint Electrical Services Ltd to resolve the issue. They took were great. I have no hesitation in recommending both Barazza and JES Ltd.

WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER

At the beginning of the year, we ordered a full kitchen from a local dealer, Miton Cucine complete with Barazza appliances. In less than two months from installation, the coffee machine displayed a fault which was rectified by an electrician a week or two later from report. A month later, the microwave oven stopped working. Their local agent promised a full appliance replacement but it never happened, only the faulty part was replaced. Certainly not what was expected from a €2700+ appliance. I sent an email to this company and they never even bothered to acknowledge let alone a reply.
Disgusting service.

We were informed about your situation through our local partner, RCE Malta, and we worked with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Below are the actions we took to assist you:

We promptly provided all the necessary technical instructions to diagnose and resolve the Error 5 reported on your microwave.
To expedite the process, we shipped the required warranty components by air, even though our partner already had a shipment scheduled a few days later.
The needed power board was taken from one of our internal units to offer you a faster service.
We understand your request for a complete replacement of the oven. However, as specified to our partner RCE, our policy allows for the full replacement of a product only if the issue cannot be resolved with targeted repairs. In this case, the replaced components restored the product to full functionality.

Regarding email communication, we apologize if you did not receive a direct response. We collaborate with our local agent to handle communications and will ensure that your concerns are addressed with greater attention moving forward.
