I was not happy when my orders were…
I was not happy when my orders were delayed due to tax exempt status and I was not notified. After 10 days I enquired about my orders and I was told that it is held because of tax exempt status, but there was nothing wrong with my tax exemption status. My customer was unhappy and I was disappointed

Address on my shipment was incorrect
Address on my shipment was incorrect. Because of this, Fedex delivered my equipment 2 days later than I should have received it. The boxes were badly damaged, some of the parts were missing and also damaged.
