Vous avez commandé depuis la Suède et avez indiqué France lors de la commande.
Comme indiqué sur notre site, nous ne livrons que la France, la Belgique et la Suisse.
Pouvez vous modifier votre note s'il vous plait ? elle est très pénalisante pour nous.

Slow and poor
Ordered January 22 and paid for 2 T-shirts + shipping. When the package arrived after about 1 week there was only 1 T-shirt. Complained about this (email). Got a reply that they had sent 2 T-shirts !! There was no damage to the package. Also announced this and only 1 T-shirt was received.
They then offered to refund the cost of 1 T-shirt. Notified IBAN and BIC to my bank. Have now finally received the amount on February 12.
All in all, my assessment is slow and poor.

First, we apologize for this issues.
As you know our website can't offer shipment to any order below 45€ ( even for France & Belgium)
And we can't deliver outside France and Belgium.
But we made an exception to please you. Unfortunately, You obviously received one tshirt.
On our side, we constantly double check all our order to avoid mistake, but human error is still possible.
As you ask us, we made a refund on the second product but our actual tools can't do it so easily for country like Sweden.
We hope you can understand.
