I went in just for an oil change and ended up with the car overheating when I got home. They checked it and apparently broke a part themselves. I left the car there so they could replace the part they had damaged. The result? Over a month without a car, more than €1000 spent, and now the car doesn't even start on the first try.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was just too much. They never answered my calls — I had to drive there repeatedly for a whole month just to be told it still wasn’t ready

We have given he car away to a friend of 20 years as a present for looking after her
After 3 months cam belt has snapped and killing the engine. They have charged her to replace it. I TPMS sensor was broke. They charged her to change all 4 I’ve worked in the car trade since 1973
They people are unscrupulous and deserve what ever God punishment is when they meet their maker Taking advantage of old people are as bad as pond life

Waited for 3 hours to pick up the car only for them to tell me their machine had broken and it would be another 3 hours or more. They couldn't be bothered to phone or SMS me. Oh yeah not even as much as an apology either. They really just don't care about customer service. Of course I wont be going back there that's for sure. Thanks for wasting my time.
Terrible experience at Feu Vert Ferney Voltaire. A waste of time. Not competent and not honest centre

Saturday 26 Dec the afternoon, I had a tyre that was losing air, upon inspecting it I found two nails in it. I went to Feu Vert who categorically told me it couldn’t be repaired. No tyre available for my Toyota Rav 4 I’d have to wait til Monday. I was on route to Calais. They didn’t offer to put my emergancy tyre on and told me to call Recovery. I due exactly that, they recovered me to their garage where they did the the repair and couldn’t understand at all
why Feu Vert said it couldn’t be done. 45e as opposed to maybe 245e for a new one! Avoid

Feu Vert Alma Shopling Coimbra, Portugal - My father went to this garage to ask them to put oil as he had an alert by the oil level indicator. The garage decided to conduct a global service replacing whatever they wanted and charged 388 euros. This behaviour was seen in the past and over the years, and made us decide not to use the garage again. My father had forgotten this and went there by mistake - just to realise that nothing changed - the garage pushes forward whatever they want. The car owner is the one to decide where he wants a service done. Asking for one specific act does not allow the garage to do what they want. Be ware of this behaviour that comes out in the majority of reviews! Furthermore, when I asked for the 'Livro de Reclamações' to fill a complaint, I was threathned by staff saying "be careful because we can also fill a complaint against you" ...

Their centre at Route du Perthus, 66000 Perpignan, refused to do anything about it and told me to go to a Jaguar dealer.
Fortunately, there was another repair garage a short distance away and they sorted the problem.
Avoid this bunch of useless people at all costs.

I made many trips to the Feu Vert shop to get a reverse camera and sensors put on my car. They took an 50 euros deposit on first visit and made an appointment for time the ‘expert’, Boris would be on site.
After finally getting to place the order, incompatible items after items were delivered and installed - did not work. They realize and finally cancel the project. They took my bank account number to reimburse me the 1000 euros I had charged to my credit card for the job.
Many trips (1.5 hours each way), waiting for 4 hours each time and now still awaiting my reimbursement for over months,
this has been the worst expert I have had with any enterprise on my life and I would say, you are likely to experience your biggest nightmare ever in your life at Feu vert.
I will keep coming back with updates.

They tell me stories at the store - that you guys at HQ are responsible for reimbursement and you guys at HQ tell me the local store is responsible.
I went there more than 2 weeks ago and Arnaud, the directeur was on holidays - still on holidays.
In an efficient enterprise, there are other people who step in to perform.
I need to get my money back now.
You guys should reimburse me and sort it out among yourselves

Absolut waste of time, 325eu for fix bag breaks, it was a simpel problem but they Change komplet incl. Cylinder.. Ha ha, and when i pick the car up.. The handbreak didden work.. Absolut amature... Stay away..
