Good, quick, easy.
Bought things on Black Friday. The website did crash a few times during the payment part, which is understandable given the day. It did mean I didn't get a confirmation til a day later, but everything was fine.
However, the shoppping process was quick and easy. Products arrived fast, and in good condition.
