My initial item was received damaged however was very well packaged. The company were courteous and professional and sent a new item immediately. Due to the pandemic and staff shortage responses were a bit slower than I would have liked but everything was dealt with and I now have a new item in perfect condition.

AVOID AT ALL COST
This company operates both inside and outside of Ebay. Ordered two wall hung concealed toilets in plenty of time for the build to begin, so i had everything ready for the plumber. Both flush plates came with minor damaged, £15 refund which won't cover the replacement cost we have had to pay out for replacement flush plates. Then our plumber came to fit the 2nd pan to the concealed unit today, great on the first toilet no problem, however the 2nd toilet has no fixing holes to the side so our very experienced plumber cannot fit the toilet! Contacted the company straight away and they denied I had even purchased the toilets from them and asked was it another company I had purchased the toilets from!! Receipt sent then email after email of stupid questions....the toilet CANNOT be fitted as there are no side hole in the 2nd toilet it is faulty. I purchased two identical toilets not one without the side fixing. They are not the cheapest company, I thought by paying a bit more I would get quality goods, this has NOT been the case. NO customer service once they have had the money.AVOID at all costs. I would like to think what has happened to me is a rarity but judging by feedback left by other customers, sadly this is not the case...hindsight is a wonderful thing, I really wish I had researched this company before purchasing from them! NEVER AGAIN and before you ask me to take this feedback down, like you have previously...NO I WILL NOT, you are a disgrace.
Trading Standards have now been made aware...this could have all been avoided had you of offered a replacement pan!
