This is the first time I have purchased from Bathroom2u, and I found the whole experience very good as I was seeking a second toilet exactly the same as already installed. The previous supplier no longer stocked it, but the member of staff I spoke to took my order, went away and phoned me within 30 minutes with the complete package I wanted. Couldn't ask for anything more. Price was competative, delivery excellent and within the alloted time slot given to me. I would recommend Bathroom2u to anyone.

After our toilet cistern packed in, I scoured the internet for a suitable replacement.
I found, and ordered one from Bathroom2u,com. It was 3.15pm on a Monday afternoon and I fully expected to be flushing the loo by pouring buckets of water down for most of that week.
The following morning, just after 9am, my new cistern was delivered. I was up and running again before lunch!
I will definitely order again from this company, without hesitation!

I found it easy to order the Grohe Rainshower and elbow outlet from bathroom2u which was good value for money and the delivery arrived within the advertised time. Good stuff!

What fantastic service. The lady who took my order first thing in the morning was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and cheerful. Particularly given the early hour and the fact she wasn't answering the phone from her bed! The delivery arrived the very next day at the exact time the courier had informed us and we installed it the same day. Everything was present and correct, there was no damage to packaging or the item we ordered and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company time and time again. I just wish I had found them ages ago!

I ordered bathroom fittings on line on 14-9-13 & received automatic emails acknowledging my order & advising they had been dispatched: I subsequently rec'd emails from DPD on the 16-9-13 & 17-9-13 informing me the items were to delivered the following working day: Since then only the item detailed in the email of 16-9-13 has been rec'd: I've since contacted DPD but they advise they are awaiting the second part of the order from Bathroom2U:

I would def recommend bathrooms2u. We ordered a lakes shower cubicle and tray which was delivered within a few days with no hassle.
