Was told 3-5 working days but had to phone on the fifth to be told it was out of stock but had just come in so would deliver the nest day from supplier?!!

We saved 50% compared to a "specialist" company and although just installed I think I have been around long enough to know that the taps we received are also far better quality. I doubt I am wrong, but if I am then the quality of delivery gives me confidence that any shortcomings would be addressed.

I recently purchased the Jackoboard wetroom kit. No one a Bathrooms2U seems to have any product knowledge of this, referring you to the manufacturer. The instructions leave out key information, such as the tray will arrive with a top and bottom layer - you need to discard the bottom one, it's only packaging, despite it being made from the same material as the tray. Also - don't under any circumstances use ready mixed floor tile cement - it reacts with the material and will never set,. The tray material is effectively compressed foam, so if your tile cement doesn't set, it flexes, leading to tile cracking!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I had difficulty ordering online, for some reason it would not take the order for more than one set of taps, so I phoned them up, and the young lady at the other end could not have been more helpful. That was on the Tuesday morning, Wednesday lunchtime my taps arrived, well packaged. What a surprise, finally the Chinese water torture I had been living with could go.

I had been looking for taps for three hole sinks and found it extremely difficult, I finally got them here and a lot cheaper than I had seen them anywhere else. I have now passed their information on to my daughter who is having an extension done this year . Great company

Having been ripped off in the past by two internet companies and having had to go into clawback with my Credit Card Providers, I scoured Trustpilot for negative reviews for Bathroom2u before ordering. Seeing more overwhelmingly positive (and it only being a £40 Grohe shower hose) I went ahead. I truly can say I had no problems and the transaction was smooth and professional from start to finish. The company appears from the negative reviews to have had stock and delivery issues in the past, but I found the delivery highly professional by a courrier and informed every step of the way. Ordering was quick and easy and properly systemized with a prompt automated order acknowledgment system and dispatch notification. It appears they have sorted their logistics now, then! Would definitely order from them again and don't hesitate, for my transaction, to give 5 stars.

Found what I needed straight away on their website,didn't have to hunt around. The website had very descriptive technical details for the product,which meant I had all the information I needed. Their price was the best after shopping around,and delivery speed was brilliant!

All my goods were delivered on time with excellent information provided; Even the item which arrived faulty was replaced and delivered the next day. They are an excellent Company to deal with and I shall have no hesitation in recommending then to others.

Prompt delivery just as you would expect
