Very helpful people in the showroom. Prompt delivery of product. The only quibble I would have is that the method of mounting the mirror could have been improved.

Will take your order even if they do not have the item in stock.

You will not heard from them until you chase the matter and even then it will take days for them to respond with a pretty useless "we will check with the warehouse and let you know" response - which of course they do not do.

Their telephone number gets answered by QS supplies who say they are a sister company and cannot help you.

An amateur business, wasting people's time. Go elsewhere. Good customer service isn't that hard to find these days.

I was told my Shower Cubicle would be delivered by midday - it did not arrive until 4pm. The packaging was the worst for ware and the driver would not let me check it saying he could not wait... as predicted when my bathroom fitter came to install it the cubicle was damage. I could not get hold of the company by phone so I sent an email - I was then asked to send a photo which I did.

Then I was given 2 options:

1) They arrange a collection for the item. Once they receive the item back they can dispatch a replacement.

2) I can make a payment for a replacement. Once I receive the item I can email them and they can organise for a collection and will process a full refund.

When you have fitters on-site neither of these options was acceptable - I wanted a refund imediately so that I could purchase this item locally and the bathroom fitters could get on and finish my bathroom, then they could come and collect the cubicle they clearly sent out knowing it was damaged as I do not believe the delivery driver caused the damage as his vehicle was loaded for him and I helped him unload it.

Do not be lured in by their price - it's not worth the hassle and it will cost you more in the long run.

Poor communication from bathrooms365! Bought a bathroom mirror online to be told it's out of stock and don't know when it will be back in. 5 days so far and still haven't had my money back. They keep telling me it's with the cancellation team. If buying from them check if the item is in stock first as this is not displayed online. Quick enough to take my money but taking forever to refund! Tried to find the CEO Shaf Member email address but it's not listed. Very poor communication and staff very unhelpful and unfriendly when you speak to them over the phone. Emails are automated responses too. Bet I'll get the same response to this message to!

amazingly quick turnaround time and the product is exactly as described - perfect fit and look.

Always great prompt service from Bathrooms 365 bought my bathroom and cloakroom suites from here very happy. Great products at low prices. Had an issue with a slow flushing toilet and the customer service was great, replacement pan sent out very quickly and no need to return the faulty pan. Will continue to use in the future.

got the the mirror at the cheapest price i scanned the web for it.and got the item 2 days later

Item turned up as described, could hear a rattling inside and opened it up to find one of the bulbs broken, sent a picture as instructed from there customer care so we would be provided with a replacement bulb, then emailed with where we could buy a replacement bulb!
