Complete Bathroom renovation
While things didn’t go exactly to plan, Bathshack did everything they could to make up for delays, etc. They are very good with their prices and the products of good quality.

Great Service & Quality Products
Really happy with my experience with Bathshack. Ordered everything for a full bathroom renovation and all products arrived in great condition and exactly as expected.
I did need to return a shower as it wasn’t the correct fit, and with my plumber only on site for the week, timing was tight. Ian and the team in the Antrim store, along with others from the support team, were very helpful and managed to get the correct shower sorted within the same week, as well as arranging a refund for the temporary one I had purchased.
Overall, great service, quality products, and excellent support when it mattered most. Would definitely use Bathshack again and recommend to others.

Had a great experience at the Dargan branch, thanks to Chloe! She was incredibly helpful and patient with us, taking the time to show us loads of different options until we found exactly what we needed. She was also super clear on all the pricing and availability, which made the whole process stress-free and easy to navigate. Beyond being a pro at her job, she’s just generally a very friendly and nice person to deal with. If you're heading in, definitely look for her—she’ll take great care of you!

I'm sorry you aren't happy with the taps you have received, due to the small branded logo that wasn't visible on our image of the taps. I can understand your frustration, but I can see that Sarah from our Customer Support team has been working with our supplier to find out if they can supply an unbranded version of the taps and she has also offered a free exchange to an alternative set of taps.

David really helped me create my new bathroom without costing me a fortune. I am delighted with it and the customer service that I received was excellent.
Chantelle also helped me whenever David was unavailable.

UPDATE 09/04/26 Following a call from Bathshack I was promised a new box of replacement tiles, these were delivered yesterday and are perfect. Also advised that I could keep the other box of tiles. Much happier customer now.
Ordered one box of six tiles, when they arrived i opened the box to check all was good, seemed to be as top and bottom tile were in perfect condition, my tiler arrived and took tiles out of packaging to discover the middle three tiles were broken, unusable.
Emailed immediately but to date no response, very disappointed, can't even return to Dublin store must be sent back to Antrim,
