Optician is competent, effective and efficient. She gives good helpful advice. I feel confident in her abilities and safe when she is touching my eyelids/putting eye drops in when completing the eye tests.

Delighted with the service and experience in store and the quality of my new Gucci glasses. Will be going back for a second pair. Monthly eye care package is great for a high prescription glasses and contact lens wearer like myself. Highly recommended.

It was ok, but thought i was going to have a free EYE test turns out a full examination of the eye. And was told to have new eye glasses and sunglasses as my eyes diteriated with age and no t an eye problem why i dont have eyes tested regularly when not in work. Iended up spending just over £200 which i didnt exspect to pay ...it was suppose to be just a regular routine eye test instead i got roped in getting new reading glasses which i proberly didnt need. Im annoyed though didnt mentioned it at the time the staff should had for warned me that there could be cost involded depending on eye test results. I think private opticians, and private dentist just rip you off, just so they can make money from you. Why im peeped with the result my glasees are no were near good as my old ones a cheap flimsy weak thin metal frame that pulls my hair every time i take my glasses of. Thank god i didnt need to buy subscription sunglasses that would have been the last straw.

Bayfields is my go to opticians! I am a regular customer; they know the history of my eyes and I am looked after by the team from the moment I enter their doors. My experience on the 4th February was as good as usual from start to finish; starting with a thorough eye test and then onto choosing my frames and being measured for lenses. I look forward to visiting soon to collect my glasses. 🤓
