Had my first visit for an ear wax removal, have to admit I was a bit nervous, I should not of worried I was met with a very warm welcome. The procedure was explained in full my medical history was fully checked before any procedure started. The whole experience was painless. Have to say a big thank you to Daryl Kimber from the Egham branch, have already recommended to my friends and family.

I had a very good experience from when I first entered to leaving. I was welcomed at reception and only had a short wait before seeing Ben. I was treated well with a good explanation of all that was happening.
I chose my glasses afterwards but with no pressure.

Excellent Practice
I have been using Bayfields (formerly Robinson and Lamb in Egham) for more than 10 years and have always been completely happy with the service they have given. Alison Lamb, my optometrist, always gets my prescription exactly correct and is thoroughly professional and kind. The dispensing staff are equally knowledgeable and truthful so I always leave with a flattering pair of spectacles. I would highly recommend them.
