Using Bayfields is always a pleasure, from my eye test to buying my new pair of sunglasses.

The new saying should be "you should've gone to Bayfields"

We felt welcome from the minute we entered. All three staff who dealt with us were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained clesrly and all questions were answered.
It was our first visit to Bayfields and we will certainly be staying with them.

We were made very welcome. The staff were all lovely and everything was fully explained. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bayfields, Garforth - with the exception of one issue: the price of frames. There was no budget range. All frames available were designer, which meant I had to go elsewhere. If that doesn't bother you, then you won't go wrong for professional service here.

Jenny is a top Optometrist. Extremely thorough for people like myself with complex prescriptions.
Adam is also extremely attentive ensuring that any chosen Frames and prescribed Lenses are optimised for your requirements and prescription.

Specsavers and other independent outlet Lenses are of far inferior quality & are not suitable for my prescription, despite their promises! I've had a painful learning curve with these, that is not to be repeated.

Appointment booking process was really easy, allowed me to book with a preffered optician, who took time to explain each test and results, Harpreet was very thorough and took time to explain what she was doing at each stage of the test. She was very patient and answered all my questions.

I have found all of the staff to be very professional, thorough and efficient. Had it not been for Jenny's professionalism I would not have discovered that I was diabetic. Because of her thoroughness I was able to reverse the diabetes and I am no longer going blind with it. The GP surgery tests did not show it, so I believe that she saved my eyesight. 5-stars does not seem enough to me.

After my eye surgery I needed different lenses.Having picked them up today I can honestly say that it is now wonderful to be able to read the smaller print on phones tablets and books.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The eye test was very thorough with everything explained clearly. My new glasses are perfect - my vision is much better. As they were very expensive I was glad of the option to spread my payments up interest free.

Have used this opticians for many years prior to Bayfield’s taking it over. I still get the same fantastic service that I always got when it was independent. Would definitely recommend.
