Customer service was great but unfortunately not the product I purchased
I received a defective product and they sent me a new one which I really appreciate! I had requested to just get a refund because I didn't want to mess with the defective item or get another one if it breaks again. I accepted the replacement since it's not really my choice. The replacement came fast and this one works but unfortunately the product is a flop and doesn't hit the right places for me so I just feel like I wasted $130. That's the risk you take sometimes. I gave 4 stars because they did replace the defective one.

Amazing company
Delivery is fast and discreet! Constantly lots of deals and free items! I've gone back to them for a third time recently. I've bought and received 7 products from them and only one item broke and it was after a few uses but Costumer service is fast and very helpful and I received a replacement quickly!
