Easy to order, arrived on time, works as expected.

Its awkward. Not what I expected. It doesn't seem like it was made by a woman for a woman's body. The tongue is too short and the suction cup should have been shorter and made from a more flexible material. The concept makes sense, but it needs some work. Disappointed.

I had a minor issue with the product and the customer service was very kind and helpful! I am also happy with the air vibe pr. It is the first toy I have ever used and it was a great first experience

The product is not one size fits all, if you catch my meaning. Sitting on the vibrating part, the thumping part is too far away to do anything, but if I want to sit close enough to the thumping part, the vibrating part is WAY too far back. Disappointing, but understandable for a product like this! Just be aware that it's not for everyone before you purchase!

I'm still missing one of my orders, and it keeps on saying it will be delivered and then never get delivered and says it will be delivered the next day.

They replaced a toy my cat destroyed

The toy I bought at Christmas recently started to become defective. I contacted the Bellesa Care team and they are sending me a brand new toy right away.
The time period from submitting the form about the problem to being sent the same toy, free of charge, was 1 day. The customer service was excellent, and the team deserves high praise.
The whole process was very easy, as they only required a video to see that the toy was defective, so my experience was very simple.
This has shown me that the company cares about their customers, so I will definitely be purchasing again.

I did not enjoy the product and wrote a lengthy review on it, but I can't seem to find it anywhere and I believe it was deleted because of the low rating. It doesn't feel very honest that there's nothing below a four star rating for such an abysmal toy.

Also, it keeps referring to me as the name on my card, instead of the name I gave. As a trans individual, that's been extremely uncool.

Amazing customer service, I had a small issue while processing my payment and I was answered almost immediately during the night I was very pleasantly surprised with how fast they helped me resolve my issue. So its my first purchase aswell as my first ever toy and I got the flutter vibe and received the pebble as a gift what can I say other than what are you waiting for? Do it and now!!! The product is great. Definitely delivers 😉 I just wish it was quieter!! It’s not discreet once it’s on. Love that it can be used in the shower. I will need to look for another product that is quieter to add to the collection.

The 7" curved dildo was much more curved than pictured/described, it was also tapered towards the head which was overall uncomfortable and did not hit the pleasure points. Fast delivery and easy website use.

Reading the desired frequencies on the product would be wise. To be fair the product I purchased is most likely a good one, it just doesn’t work with my body. When I did reach out, they were able to offer a discount for a re-purchase for a milder product. I would give them a five star on customer care.

When my toy was completely messed up they offered me a completely free one and had great customer service and support but then someone stole my package and I was a little frustrated but they help me out and just ended up helping me getting a new one I love that she cares about the customer and their experience her toys are also amazing!!!
