They continue to withhold the payment I am rightfully owed, despite my persistent efforts over several months. It’s both frustrating and deeply disappointing. It's all documented of course.

It is so sad to see a giant broker go from top to bottom.
It is clear now that it is a big scam, where almost everyone has money stuck with them.
I contact them on a daily basis, and they tell me the same thing. Over 5 months and my money is stuck!
And the bad thing is that they admit that some people got their money, and some other not.
BIG SCAMMMM!!! AVOIDDDD!!!

I used them for three years and nothing went wrong till couple of months ago I experience an irregular slippage of price that trigged my stoploss. Did some research and found out that the BDSwiss clients are not able to withdraw at all since August 24. They got kicked out from UK and European market and lost their licence for misconduct. Recently the company experienced an exodus of employees of a high level. They always got my withdraws after two days till December 2024... still waiting. No chance, I will ask for a charge back from my bank

Stay far away!

I have been trading with BD Swiss for more than 12 months using large capital (> $100k). At the start, the experience, onboarding, support and withdrawals were fantastic.

That soon ended.

BD Swiss continued to sneakily take deposits from me, but refused to pay out funds. I have now been waiting 8 months for a payout, despite them taking a deposit during this time.

After extensive digging, I found that a number of senior people all left the business simultaneously without reason.

8 Months of email trails later with BD Swiss they always respond with "we have a technical payment issue and are working on resolving it". They clearly don't have an issue with taking deposits.

I suspect that they have financial issues, and rate stringing people along indefinitely.

I find your generic comment appalling. You are still taking deposits, yet, you are "not" able to fulfill my payout request 8 months later. 8 months!

You should rather come out and say that you are defrauding people of their money to try and stay afloat. It doesn't take 8 months to pay out.

I have tried all the payment methods.

BD Swiss is blocking ALL withdrawal options. It doesn't take 8 months to "fix a technical issue".

Hi, i Have been with BDswiss nice August 2021. I was following a signal sometime it did well but most did bad. I did make a few withdraws from the account. 4 withdraws all successful except the last one that i have been waiting on since sep2024. I want to close my account and withdraw $3930. The reason they give me is the auto with draw system is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. All withdraws will have to be executed manually.

I have been using bdswiss since I knew to trade but since last year withdrawing my money has been a problem even the people I introduced introduced them to bdswiss think they are frauds because there is instant deposit but you can't withdraw your money. Frauds I can't recommend anyone to this shit company

They no longer have Cysec regulation since the end of 2024; I think we will never see our money again.

Trustpilot informed me that BDSwiss requested additional information. I have provided my email request tickets' numbers. BDSwiss could find my account details by finding my email requests in their incoming emails. Also I had a long emailing with BDSwiss representative Marsela S. Here are ticket numbers AGAIN - 1444433, 1441850, 1439832.

Bdswiss sucks! I attempt twice of withdrawal my funds and it credited back to my trading account with no acceptable reason, well if you have account in bdswiss good luck! Until I burned my account beware of this kind of broker! It's a full of shit
