On 03 Dec 2024, 15:50, I deposited an amount of 110 dollars and after some time I wanted to complete the withdrawal, which was 108 dollars, but they said that my proof of residence is not valid and they did not process the withdrawal because my proof of residence is in my father's name, as I am. I live with my father
The online support chat on the site told him to provide a document to prove that the person is his father. I also sent my birth certificate, but they still didn't accept it.

Terrible people
Terrible people. It's been 5 months since you can't withdraw your money out. Their support kept lying about some team working on payment processor. Which payment processor takes up to 5 months to fix? These guys are pure scammers. They surely don't have any money to pay out. They're just full of big lies.

Not Processing Withdrawals Since September – Unacceptable Service
I had an awful experience with this company. I've been trying to withdraw my hard-earned funds for so long, but every time I ask, they give me the same excuse: "we're working on it." This has been going on for far too long, and it's clear they are just delaying and making excuses repeatedly.
It's extremely frustrating and disappointing to see how unprofessional they are. They have no respect for their clients' time, effort, or money. I worked hard to earn these funds, and they refuse to release them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.

BDSwiss Withdrawal Problems
Ever since Aug 12, 2024 (I’m still trading the account and logging the withdrawal monthly till now in Dec 2024),I’m having problems with withdrawal from BDSwiss where this wasn’t an issue before Aug 2024. I tried all methods of withdrawal (ie Credit Card, Bank Wire & Skrill) but the Supports from BDSwiss could only gave the standard reply “Due to Technical Issues …..” , this is pretty distressing consider that this is one of my big accounts. BDSwiss CEO and or owner of BDSwiss should come to public to address the issues rather that just hide behind a team of “contract support team”. This experience just give the trader a bad bitter aftertaste and also tarnish the name that SWISS suppose to stand for quality and reliability.

BDSwiss is a very bad and fraudulent broker. They have taken control of traders' funds and are no longer allowing withdrawals. I have been requesting them to return my funds since September, but they just keep lying, saying their team is working on it when there is no such team. They have deceived many traders and broken their trust. I request all the traders who are affected by their actions to file as many complaints as possible against them. They are registered in Mauritius and the UAE.

I am client with this company since 2021 and everything was just fine till last September I can’t even withdraw 100 euro from my account, they are holding my money more than 18000 euros and refusing to give it back to me for the same excuse ( technical issues in there system) which is can not be because you can not have technical issues for 3 months now!!!
Because of this delays in the withdrawal requests i am having a huge financial problems and I already talked with the support chat and send many complaints but it’s useless and i need my hard earned money back ASAP.
