Not allowing withdrawals and will send the same response of apology to everyone since they can't provide enough proof why they can't return funds to everyone terrible broker.I could have given a negative rating for 3 1/2 months now! Just terrible.
Simply terrible.
All the account managers try to make you delay the withdrawal and they persuade you to bad trades.
More than that and very bad, they hold your money. I have 2 month since i had requested withdrawal and they just find excuses. Stay away. search other platforms.

Withdrawal Request Not Honoured
Attempted withdrawal request on 11th Nov. 2024. Money not transferred within the specified time.It's now been nearly 3 weeks. I contacted BDSwiss support, they said it was an internal process problem. No timeline could be given for resolution. I notice there are dozens of similar reviews with withdrawal issues, some A/C holders reported still waiting months for their refunds. Make sure you lodge a complaint with BDSwiss 1st. Then make a complaint submission to the financial regulators (1)Financial Services Commission in Mauritius(FSC) and (2)Financial Services Authority in Seychelles(FSA).They will both ask for all supportive documentation for correspondence with BDSwiss. The regulators must receive all complaints in order for the best chance to get a positive outcome.

Absolutely unacceptable. No or very few payouts for about 4 months. That is unacceptable for such a large company. After 10 years I am now changing my broker. It is disgraceful how the company is operating.

I want to alert everyone about my experience with this company. There are numerous reports online indicating that the individuals behind it are involved in fraudulent activities. The operation seems to be managed from Germany and Dubai by someone named Van Mulkus, who presents himself as a wealthy individual. However, my experience suggests otherwise.
I have been trying to withdraw my funds for the past three months without success. Since the accounts are registered in Seychelles, there is very little recourse available. It appears that the company is nearing insolvency. Please be cautious and stay away from this organization.
