They did not respond to my inquiry
They did not respond to my inquiry. I just got an email saying that they are closing my case and hope that I was satisfied. That after I was send beans that made my machine stop grinding and get stuck. I had to trow the beans away, After that, my machine was fine. The beans contained something that the Breville could not grind.

I was not happy with the beans that were sent two months in a row. I contacted customer service and the representative said pick any three bags of coffee and they would send to me for free. I replied and they never sent. I then called customer service and they said they put in another request. once again no one contacted me and no coffee was sent. I then received an email saying my case was closed. I contacted customer service numerous times and they did not help.
