Incorrect item sent. Raised issue on website. Reply received within 90 mins and follow up mail stating resolution soon after. No problems no quibble. All customer service should be this way.

Took over 1 month to respond

Took over 1 month to respond! My order took nearly 1 month to arrive yet they take your money immediately. No explanation, no response, terrible communication and customer support. If you have an issue for any reason, do not expect a solution. I do not recommend using them to purchase any products. To many other great options available with better prices, faster service and 100 times better customer support!

A welcome coffee replacement!

I got in touch the team with an issue I’d been experiencing with pre ground coffee in my espresso machine, for information. They kindly offered to send me some whole beans to replace my wasted coffee supply when they learned of my latest sage grinder purchase. Many thanks!

Wow!!!!

Wow! this company really is superb; the kind friendly conscientious, staff are great; and no more Lavazza, Dalmyer Prodomo, Tchibo, or Reber coffee beans for me; this will always be my go to company, the beans that I was sent are sublime, the delicious taste of the fresh coffee and the aroma, is awesome!

Useless customer service

You have still not sorted our my cash back issue and left this pending and passing the buck to other departments which you claim to have escalated but to no avail of the sake of £50.00

Great selection of popular beans!

Great selection of popular beans!
They accidentally sent me decaffeinated beans on my last order, and promptly resolved by sending another bag straight away with no hesitation with speedy delivery. Great service and kind, helpful people.

Fantastic product let down by the service

I recently signed up for their subscription service after I bought a Breville Bambino. The coffee has been excellent, however unfortunately they are let down by poor service. On the latest order they sent me the wrong grind so I raised a support ticket and heard nothing back from them until I posted a review here (the customer support number did not work due to "system issues"). The very nice support person escalated my issue and ten days later I received ... the wrong grind again. Argh! I'm only two orders into my subscription but I have had no coffee for almost two weeks and these repeated errors give me little confidence Beanz.com can deliver on their promise. Buyer beware!

No response

I tried to reach out to customer service several times. All I received in return were emails asking if my complaint had been handled, I replied back that it had not (twice) and they closed my file.
