Do not buy do not give you your money back

This is the second time I have ordered off her and had a problem I ordered a outfit for my daughter over 3 weeks ago still never got sent has to email 3/4 times , in the end had to get a refund, I ordered off them a couple of years ago and also had the same problem , so won’t be ordering again !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Impossible to get into contact with the company, pay extra for next day delivery and never arrives.
If it does come, it’s missing a button, covered in makeup, and smells.
Returned the dress (paid my own money) and they are now claiming they haven’t received the return and withholding my money.
Don’t bother buying from them at all unless you want issues

Ordered a dress took ages to come , when arrived it was damaged, returns you have to pay for yourself , apparently it never arrived back to them ? no dress and no refund ! do not trust

Absolutely amazing!! In love with my tweed set the quality is so good will defo be ordering from here again, delivery was also quick couldn’t reccomend enough 😊

This company is horrendous my order never turned up. They gave me a fake tracking number and i have not heard any communication since. I had to process a refund from my bank and still received no communication nearly a month later!! Do not order from here!!

Absolutely LOVE your clothes your sizing is always correct and the thickness of the tweed set are lovely never had a problem

Put up a sale on there Instagram story and I instantly brought a coat from there website to which a few days later they refund me for because it’s apparently out of stock, not sure why you would be putting up a sale for something they new was out of stock, shame as I liked this company before and now I need to find a replacement coat for an event with no time left now. My message was also read and ignored so be wary of this company.

I ordered a dress that cost 98 euros and it came with sequins loose all over the bag, it’s so obvious that they are missing in clumps, the dress is now ruined before I got to try it on and cheap quality material. The website stated that it is hand sewn and high quality. Not true as they are hot glued.
Has not responded to any messages. Do not recommend ladies unless you’re paying little and don’t mind loosing money.

Still not received my order. I have emailed twice and messaged on their instagram account but I have been ignored.

Purchased a beautiful ‘BILLIE ROSE’ flower dress had so many compliments never felt so pretty in a dress also fast delivery if your in need for a last minute outfit. Definitely check them out girlies.

Bought a dress for ladies day. Was gorgeous and super flattering. Received lots of compliments on the dress 🩵

The only recommendation is to down size, I normally wear an 8 sometimes a 10 in a dress but needed a 6 and had to get it taken in at the waist.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I paid an extra £8 for a “next day delivery” for my dress to never be delivered. I was left with nothing to wear on my BIRTHDAY and my whole day was ruined.

2 weeks later, after sending MILLIONS of emails, I get a refund message, but it’s been 5 days and NOTHING is showing up on my bank account.

AVIOD AT ALL COST!

Never ever ordering from here again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else too either !
Waited 3 weeks for my dress to never arrive and just be sent a refund, never got any tracking number in the first place and delivery said 2-4 days, an absolute disgrace, needed the dress for a wedding and now have nothing ! DO NOT ORDER FEOM HERE

Purchased a dress and they had cut all labels off, I searched ali express and found the same dress on there for a fraction of the price! They purposely make the return process difficult and expensive. Terrible customer service.

Returned my item to never hear from them again. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages to them with no response. Completely ignored.
Don’t shop here!!!
