Ordered from BeautifulHalo when order arrived far to small from Size Chart l paid £68.00 contacted the company and no response left with an item l can never wear Be Wise don’t order from this company very unhappy customer

The hoodie was as expected regarding looking like a Star Trek top. The material wasn’t the best and the sizing guide said comes up small so I ordered a larger size which was not necessary.
Good comms on the delivery considering it was coming from China

Oh my goodness please do not deal with this company!! Waited from December for the light fitting and when it eventually arrived yesterday 23/2 it is the wrong one!!! We ordered a hessian light with trailing ivy hanging from it and we got a blue cloud light with a winking eye :( They won't just give us a refund. I have had to go out and buy a new one in the UK. I didn't realise it was coming from China :(

Ridiculous sizing& false advertising...lovely garment...just would fit a child not an adult...have asked for full refund...we shall see what happens

The quality of the hoodie was very disappointing, very thin material and stitching looked cheap and the size was really small, so didn’t fit the person I bought it for. Worst part I couldn’t return it because they only allow 48hrs to return. Very disappointed.

The hoodie I ordered matches the website description of it, and the quality is good. It arrived much faster than I expected. I am very satisfied with their excellent customer service.

I ordered an art deco ceiling lamp from Beautifulhalo. When it arrived the seriously unsubstantial packaging could not stand up the shipping from China and the glass shade was shattered in several places. Beautiful halo were quick to replace it and send a second fitting. I asked that in sending it it should have significantly better packaging. The second fitting arrived, equally damaged, in exactly the same, inadequate packaging. Beautifulhalo then sent a third fitting in the same packaging and it too, arrived broken. I’m now trying to get a 100% refund and it has agreed to 100% if I pay to ship the three fittings back to China which, of course, I’m not prepared to do.Absolutely terrible shipping and terrible customer relations. I’ still seeking 100% refund.

I bought the men’s fashion leather look black shirt. The fit was great, and got lots of positive comments on it. It has shoulders for epilates - but the shoulder strap on the right broke on the first wear. Not the end of the world, but no one likes a flappy shoulder

I purchase two lots of bedside wall lamps. One set is faulty with bent arms that don’t hang straight on the wall. The other set look nothing like the picture and are really cheap looking. I contacted the company about the bent faulty ones and was told I would be sent replacement parts, they never arrived. I contacted them about the ones that look nothing like the picture and received no response. Hundreds of pounds spent on lights that I’m not able to use. They ship from China, so the cost to return them would be astronomical, and I’m not even convinced I would get a refund. This company has lots of websites it’s operating under so be careful!

I ordered ceiling light/chandelier from Beaufulhalo. It arrived and unfortunately was broken and faulty. I contacted the seller by email and they applied 100% refund, minus shipping.

Purchased a ceiling light, didn't even last a year, I requested a replacement or a refund. They refused to do either, very disappointed with this website. tried to completely delete my account with them but was unable because i am not on facebook, customers beware of this website.

This company ships directly from China, this is not stated anywhere when ordering, I waiting 10 working days and still says processing! When asked what was going on saying a delay due to Chinese new year and would issue a 5% discount if not shipped by 15th March!!! That would be 2 months wait, cancelled order and asked for a refund

I've bought a few things from beautiful halo and I have to say I've not had any problems with the things I've bought.
I will continue to purchase items from here as the prices and quality of the items I've bought are good.

I bought a shirt from this company for my dad for Christmas. He lives across the country so they shipped it directly to his address. The website is easy to use, no complaints!
